Lied , wasted my time, said got approved took a down waited for the ETA delivery. They called for pick up and final payment. Now it’s not true. They want more money . Be careful with the extra guarantee to a new car. A lot of extra un necessary charges. I have signed ppw that confirmed I was good to go with a $3000 down and a trade. Even if I’m under. That would reflect on a higher monthly payment. Read all lines. And ask . Please ask now I waited over 2 weeks trusting the process and now the car is here and they want more money…..this is the hard part that you drive for 30 minutes take all ppw . Sales rep was back and fourth to the finance man and asked for more ppw and I gave them to him then he has confirmed approval req down . Give me a copy of the sticker and affirmative that’s your car . But when it arrives here I will let you know . I left home so happy I would wait for the white SELtos . Very happy yesterday he calls me with great news. And it was all lies. That’s the bad part it wasn’t that I passed by gave a down and said when the cat gets here y can do the ppw. It was not that. I just know they added so much . If it would be reg times that lot is full of cars . I just know I could of resolve this on my first trip to dealer a trade and $3000. But around the corner your lots will be so full of cars that you would even accept 500. I’m so angry. Because you have the upper hand you ignore the fact that Karma will catch up and that’s not good. I know you do not care . It’s all about getting the most % from the banks manufactures and ne the consumer. Even if you have to sell your mom or soul. Wow I didn’t deserve this. All this like if this was a done deal. So now I receive a txt from the sales rep the only decent person in the dealer. The only person that truely tried and wanted to help me and that’s why I gave the down and do not want him to get in trouble…... But now he saying I could not prove my employment , but I did and can.I didn’t write I have a low credit … but I did say it…..and my credit is low 549 just received a letter from one of the banks flagship that gave me condition for the purchase of the car that works with you. I hope you refund my $900 asap not 7 to 10 business days like the sales just txt me after he said the refund was right away automatic. Just like you took my money right away I want it back….This just terrible. More
