Once Again Done Right I came in to trade in my lease and switch to a new vehicle. This company has been outstanding since I first leased with them in 2015. His name is John Mitchell and he was beyond helpful in dealing w certain issues that popped up. I'm again beyond happy with the price and the new vehicle. These people that work at Herb Chambers Seekonk need to be recognized for what seems to be a total commitment to making our lives as customers easier. If you ever end up at the store ask for John he will take exceptional care of you. Caitlin Messier was also very helpful and patient in setting the appointment up in spite of my having issues making it several times. Bill in finance was a wizard getting me a good deal. She came home this week with 2 small issues with Car. Tim could not help and referred my to Scott the sales manager. He couldn’t connect me so I had to call again. (That was after calling 2 times and being left on hold for over 5 min each time. After speaking to “Scott “ it was apparent we were out of luck even though Tim knew this car was out of town with my daughter at college. “Scott” called my the wrong first name 3 x and kept trying to talk over me which is when I lost it. I am so glad I found out about this poor non customer service oriented dealership. Our family is due for 2 new cars in the next 3 year. This poor handling of me as a customer just cost this dealership 2 sales in the future. My father in law was in car sales for 30 years at Norwood Motors and he would always help the kids because he knew it was his future business. Shame on you Herb Chambers! 31 days over your guarantee. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant Miguel Nebot. He was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to walk me through a number of different scenarios until we found the one that worked best from me. I believe this young man has a very bright future. I was also very impressed with the Herb Chambers Team and how seamlessly they worked together. I came into Honda of Seekonk seeking a vehicle that would be a lower payment and provide better pretention with AWD. My plan is to keep my daughter and I safe in the harsh New England weather. I did leave that day disheartened. With no new vehicle and unsure of what the future held for me with Honda, I felt sad and disappointed. But, alas! Sam, through persistence and dedication to me as a Loyal Honda customer was able to figure out a solution to make my hopes a possibility! Sam kept in touch with me every day though the entire process, making me feel comfortable and know that he was truly looking out for the best interest of me and my family. Sam was able to get me the HRV EX for a lower monthly payment and in a color I love! This experience has restored my faith in autos ales. That they aren't all bad and aggressive sharks, but, can be kind, compassionate and in my case work miracles. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience. More

Supurb service and great selection! After shopping at other dealerships, I felt as though my requirements were being overlooked to satisfy the pressure sales culture. When I came to the Herb Chambers dealership in Seekonk, I immediately felt listened to and, thanks to Albert Hajdoraj, I finally found the car I was looking for. Albert went above and beyond to assist me in finding a car that fit my budget and meet the specifications I wanted. He far exceeded my service expectations by asking his manager if he could assist in removing the plates from my old car because I did not have the tools to do it. He also setup my phone to the Bluetooth feature in my new car and was genuinely pleasant, patient and hospitable throughout my experience at Herb Chambers. I truly feel that this dealership was certainly the best compared to the other dealerships I dealt with. At the final steps, financing staff was very informative and helped me select additional warranty items that made sense for a pre-owned vehicle. Herb should be bursting with pride given the excellent experience the staff is providing customers. In Rhode Island, word of mouth really matters. I plan on telling anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle to visit the Seekonk Honda dealership!! Congratulations on a job well-done!!!!! More
