We picked up our new Honda Pilot and traded in two CRVs all within about two hours, and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. AJ did a fantastic job of leading my wife and I through the process, from the time he came to our home so we could deliver the two trade-ins to the dealership, my wife does not drive, to the time when our orientation to the new Pilot was complete and we were on our way back home.
