I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. This is the third car I have purchased with Nate as the sales person and Christine as the financial manager. All of the experiences have been outstanding. They both go above and beyond to get answers and t sales person and Christine as the financial manager. All of the experiences have been outstanding. Had my truck in for repair to back panel and light. The job was completed a day earlier than mentioned and is absolutely awesome! Can’t see where original paint begins and ends! Brandon BRINKO and the en job was completed a day earlier than mentioned and is absolutely awesome! Can’t see where original paint begins and ends! Brandon BRINKO and the entire team at Klaben body shop went over and above! Professional, talented, kind, and just awesome! Even cleaned my interior better than I ever did! As a side note, when I take my truck in for service I never have them wash it for fear of scratching etc., but when I pulled in to pick it up, it was shining like a star! Beautiful! Also, this was an insurance claim so I was thinking it’ll be a hassle. Nope! Brandon’s knowledge and experience made the entire transaction as simple as breathing air! And I can’t go without saying that when I had this truck in for roof rattling…Klaben service once again worked diligently to correct the sunroof…again…note to Ford, you really should work on a better design on the sunroofs. This is a continuous issue. One of which I refuse to pay out of pocket just because your design is faulty. But Klaben service gets it repaired each time! They’re great! I experienced a minor problem with my service, but it was quickly handled to my satisfaction. The service manager and service rep. could not have been any more accommodating. I received great service on my car. Mona kept me informed of the service. It took longer than expected, so she set me up with a car. Sean called me at home to let me know what was going on when Mona was of of the service. It took longer than expected, so she set me up with a car.
