I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. The service team at Klaben has been amazing the last few appointments. I had some odd issues recently, and they were able to find solutions that worked and were affordable. The team I worked with was very professional. Anthony is always a pleasure to work with. Again had my car serviced at Klaben Ford, and can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of. As usual SEAN BRADFORD mad the service very pleasant.
