I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. While he was washing my car for the return trip, Chip, a Klaben valet, took it upon himself to buff out an ugly sideswipe on my Corsair! (Seriously. He really did.) I'm delighted and grateful. Sean Bradford, Service manager, answered my call when he was in a hospital. (Amazing, right?!) Talking with him in that and a later conversation reminded me that Klaben is a very special dealership.
