I walked in, told Carlos what I was looking for and he pointed me to Gus, who was super quick with helping me get the car I wanted the same day! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler on 2/12 with accessories that didn’t work with the promise that they would be repaired and working. I have driven my “new” car for 12 out of the last 27 days and my first pay that didn’t work with the promise that they would be repaired and working. I have driven my “new” car for 12 out of the last 27 days and my first payment is due in three days. My car is still in service at Carl Burger. Update to this review: Since Preston was on baby watch during our purchase transaction we'll cut him some slack. Sonny in Finance was great! We have since taken delivery of our vehicle and it has been repaired as promised. After some back and forth with service they have done a great job of repairing the issues and kept all of their promises. More
