I have had an issue for the last year trying to get the GPS maps updated on my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The service manager at the time called me to discuss and promised to call me back within a few days. He never did. I called and left several voicemail messages, but eventually I gave up. At this last service appointment I again tried to get my problem resolved but experienced another run around. I would love to discuss this issue with the service manager. More
