Louis Polos was outstanding! He was prepared to guide me with no pressure; as an unexpected situation with my old car had me looking at the options of buying a new car. TOM DROVE MY CAR TO SEE W WORKED WITH TO BUY THE CAR. HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I ENJOYED TOM ALCORN AND MIKE BRANDVOLD, THEY WERE GREAT! We have been Klaben customers for many years. Rich Klaben runs an excellent dealership and has the highest quality of professional employees working in the dealership. This is the first time we have had a reason to work with the Klaben Bodyshop and to work with Steve Workman. Steve is a very knowledgeable professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, just as we have found in all cases with all employees, at Klaben.
