Buying vehicle was easy. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, service availability is an issue. I purchased a maintenance package with my new car. My advice, think twice before purchasing maintenance package. More

Louis Polos was outstanding! He was prepared to guide me with no pressure; as an unexpected situation with my old car had me looking at the options of buying a new car. The Ruby Red EcoSport is now my dream with no pressure; as an unexpected situation with my old car had me looking at the options of buying a new car. The Ruby Red EcoSport is now my dream come true! Louis was available to answer all my questions and concerns with quick response times! More than once he stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. He was very thoughtful, thinking of all the little things, like having the car in the garage for pick up as the weather called for rain. Most important he listened! My Mom retired from Ford, so I have always been a loyal Ford driver. Now I am to Klaben Ford too! I know I can trust Klaben Ford, it is the only place I will go for my car needs with Louis Polos as my salesman. And Mona always has my back in the service department! Everyone at Klaben has treated me like I am one of their family. More

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH MIKE , THE SALEMAN; WHOM I WORKED WITH TO BUY THE CAR. HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I ENJOYED TOM ALCORN AND MIKE BRANDVOLD, THEY WERE GREAT! TOM DROVE MY CAR TO SEE W WORKED WITH TO BUY THE CAR. HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I ENJOYED TOM ALCORN AND MIKE BRANDVOLD, THEY WERE GREAT! TOM DROVE MY CAR TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE AND MIKE B WAS CARING AND HELPFUL. WHEN I TOOK MY DOOR TO THE BODY SHOP JUST DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR THE GUY THERE TOLD ME THE DOOR WAS FINE, BUT MIKE B LOCATED THE PROBLEM AND HAD IT FIXED ALONG WITH TOUCH UPS ON MY BRAKES.
