I spoke with Joe French and he shared the additional insight you provided on the phone. I know I keep saying it in texts, voicemails, and emails, we let you down and ultimately pushed you away by our own actions/words. You made an investment in a maintenance plan and we will make sure to deliver better options for you based on your schedule, not ours.
