Nearly impossible to get sales on the phone. Michelle got up six, yes I mean six, times to go ask the Sales Manager how to do something or a question. After almost two hours I couldn't take any Michelle got up six, yes I mean six, times to go ask the Sales Manager how to do something or a question. After almost two hours I couldn't take any more and more a basically skipped the critical session of how to set up my phone, etc. I will go to the GR dealer to get that training. She should be doing something other than selling high end vehicles. When called to review, Mike basically didn't return my call. More

We were taken care of from when I drove in parking lot. Tony greeted me and I test drove. Brought hubby over that nite we test drove it. Only one we had problems getting the STATE to get our title.
