We worked with Donroy Quilop. Donroy was very easy to work with and he listened to us (customer focused). We asked him if he could locate a Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific exterior color (which was not work with and he listened to us (customer focused). We asked him if he could locate a Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific exterior color (which was not in stock at Oakbrook Toyota). If he could, we agreed to purchase it at our negotiated price. He went into action and found one that met our requirements within minutes at another Toyota dealer. He had it sent to Oakbrook Toyota within hours. They checked it and had it ready for us the same day. We were very pleased with his action oriented approach and appreciate his expertise. The Finance manager (Greg Zay) and person going over us specific vehicle features (Joe Verlotta) were efficient and it was apparent they knew their trade. More

Bought a 2 year old Highlander Overall, very good shopping experience. Our only disappointment was when we were given the keys to the car, there were 2 key fobs but only one with a Overall, very good shopping experience. Maher told us it would only cost $80 to get another one. When we contacted the dealership 2 days later, we were told an additional remote would cost over $200, not the $80 we was told. This was disappointing. More
