I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say that my recent experience purchasing my new Ford F-150 Lariat from Galpin Ford was one of the best I've ever had. Adrian deserves special recognition for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. From our first interaction to the final delivery, Adrian made the entire experience absolutely painless. He was responsive, accommodating, and always one step ahead, making sure every question was answered and every detail was taken care of. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly takes pride in what they do and puts the customer first. I also want to recognize Cheryl for her outstanding assistance and support. She was equally professional, personable, and instrumental in making this purchase such a positive experience. The teamwork between Adrian and Cheryl made all the difference. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful and frustrating experience, but these two made it enjoyable from beginning to end. The visit to the dealership was pleasant with no hard-sell techniques, but simply folks who gave me information and made the process of purchasing a car easy and painless. After test driving, selecting a vehicle, and beginning the purchase process with Daniel, I was assisted by Tiffany in Finance who is absolutely wonderful! I did not understand the time of arrival for pickup service. It is not very clear when scheduling online. I think the late pickup meant a late service estimate and it took an extra half day before car was ready. Overall, everyone was pleasant and cooperative.
