This has to be one of the best dealerships I have worked with. The sales staff was friendly, and at no time, were they pushy, aggressive, or just trying to make the sale. The finance dept was the same. I traveled in from outside the local area. They worked with me to find the right truck, had it ready for test drive when I arrived, and took an extended amount of time to explain all aspects of the truck when I bought it.

Terrible! Incompetent! Liars! Do NOT buy a vehicle from Diamond Ford. The worst dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune to buy a vehicle. Their incompetence cost me $3909.25. They failed to file the proper paperwork for my federal tax credit. Now they simply won’t return phone calls! Please avoid this dealership!
