Lease of 2017 Ford Escape - Danofsales
My wife and I leased another Escape from Lou Oliveira and are thrilled. We leased a 2014 Escape and had a great experience then so we returned to Lou and on the telephone expressed that we wanted to stay with the same features and tire size as we have Winter tires, but we're thinking about a different color.
When we arrived Lou showed us a white gold colored 2017 Escape with all the features we wanted; another home run for Lou Oliveira. We love it including the color. Kevin Norton Finance Manager did a great job and presented the Simonize Glass Coat System, which we had applied to our new vehicle. When we took delivery Lou had the vehicle registered, state inspected and LoJack installed; another home run for Lou! I shopped around at other dealerships including Imperial Ford and Framingham Ford. What differentiated Muzi Ford from these other dealerships can be summarized in two words - Brian Mulvaney. He was the most sincere and genuine auto salesman I've ever come across. And that says a lot since I've purchased more than 10 new vehicles over the past 30 years from just as many dealerships. Brian was warm, knowledgable, responsive and patient. Tough to find all of the attributes in any sales person these days. My congratulations to Muzi for having people like Brian Mulvaney (as well as Angella Lucia) on their team - there is no better advertisement for Ford and for Muzi than having them as representatives of your company! And I love the truck. I'm sure my friends and I will be back to Muzi!

I just completed our FIFTH purchase from Mike Mangrum of Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. My wife and I have worked with Mike on three vehicles for myself and two for my wife in the past twelve years. This fact speaks to both confidence and longevity. Integrity is not a word often associated with a used car salesman in these times. However, integrity does not due Mike sufficient justice. Each time we needed to find another vehicle we never contemplated looking for a new salesman. The Herb Chambers experience speaks for itself. Having the assistance of a man like Mike Mangrum modifies that experience. I have been completely satisfied with each upgrade my wife and I have made. I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Two separate terrible experiences showing DISHONEST practices.
First was similar to what I've seen in other reviews. Drove to dealership to see a truck as advertised on website, only to be told actual price was $2,000 higher and that website pricing was a "mistake."
Returned on another instance and after an hour of negotiating with both a Sales Associate and a Sales Manager, the Manager asked the question "what would it take to get the deal done?" I told them I needed to think on it. They then threw a number at me and I took it. He shook my hand and said "congratulations, you bought a beautiful truck."
After filling out the credit app, their team was working on the P&S, the General Sales Manager told his Sales Manager, who has the authorization to negotiate price, to tell me he can't do the deal anymore and that the best they could do was the advertise price!!! The General Sales Manager didn't even come over to explain.
This dealership is so deceitful and quite frankly lies about their deals. I will never do business with them and will advise everyone I know not to do business with them either!
I'm sure I am not the first, but will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau. I have pictures of the incorrect advertised price online from the first instance as well as a text conversation from their internet department claiming the "mistake." I also have a picture of the deal in writing that they took back today.
This dealership is unscrupulous and should not be trusted!!!

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

I puller in to the dealership after noticing that the plastic guard assembly under the grill was hanging loose. Dan, one of the service managers, cheerfully took the vehicle into the shop, put it up on the lift and reattached the loose piece. When asked how much I owed, he, again cheerfully, said no charge but how about a review? Here you go, Dan!

I had a verbal agreement for a vehicle on a Thursday night. The salesman told me to come in Saturday to sign all the paperwork because he was off on Friday. I came in as they opened on Saturday morning and the vehicle had been sold. I know they did nothing illegal, but I would have come in on Friday if I had been told they weren't holding the vehicle for me. Poor communication by the sales member who cared about his commission more than my experience. It took complaints by me and calling back to speak to a manager for them to even offer to order a new vehicle, something that should have been offered immediately.
I wanted to buy at a place like this instead of a high-volume dealer because I expected better customer service. They did not live up to that expectation.
