A few weeks ago we were discussing a new truck. We have been very satisfied with Lamoureux in the past, so we decided to call our salesman, Marc K. and see what they had featured for Washington's Birthday.. He seemed to remember us. After meeting with him and briefly discussing our preferences, he lined up 2 new F 150s to test drive. We really liked the more expensive of the 2, and after Marc worked out the figures, including a good trade-in allowance for the old truck, we bought it. No long drawn out affair. We bought the old F 150 new at a different dealer. We have bought other vehicles new at other dealers. None have had the level of service we have gotten at Lamoureux.

We primarily dealt with Sales Consultant William O'Neil. Bill was a true gentleman. We found the vehicle we were looking for at a price we were very comfortable with. The manager "Dell" was also a real good guy. We had no issues and this dealership did everything they said they would. Would go back there first for my next vehicle.
Purchase of Used Car / 2016 Ford Edge - NancyW
I stopped in to become knowledgeable regarding the Ford Edge. I had been thinking of trading in my 2011 Taurus for a while for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. I received excellent trade-in value on my car and was presented with an extremely fair deal. Needless to say, I drove home in my "new" used 2016 Ford Edge. I no longer worry about getting stuck in the snow when nasty New England weather hits.

My very soon-to-be wife and I purchased our car together back in November 2014 and Rodman has been a wonderful place to do business with in all departments. Diane Carter helped us with purchasing our car and was amazing. She made everything easy to understand, got us a little deal with the price, and made sure we both loved the car before we signed. Now that we mostly show up here for serves, Tiffany Roach has 'taken us under her wing'. She is one of the nicest people over the phone and in person. Anytime we bring our car in we end up getting a call from her with updates, what needs to be fixed, and when we can pick up our car. There is nothing quite like Rodman and the people that work there.

Got an oil change. The wait was a little longer than I hoped for but the service tech took money off to compensate for that. They recommend I get new tires with my next oil change and even have me a quote right on the spot!

My dealings with First Ford have been nothing short of amazing. I started my experiences with Rob Rocha who briefly questioned my needs. From there I dealt with Joe Ribeiro who found the exact truck and price point at another dealer. He quickly and efficiently had the truck transferred and registered within problems. Josh in the finance dept shopped around my loan and got me the best rate and payments that fit my original budget. The three of them ( and I'm sure more behind the scenes ) were true customer service professionals who met my every need in timely fashion.
This week I had my first service. The service department took this service to a whole new level. Booking my appointment was simple and quick. I was given a reminder ( by a human ) one day prior. Upon arriving I was met by Nick Peterangelo he checked me in, immediately took my truck back for service and treated me like I was his family.

I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Balise for has piss poor customer service. There over priced when it come too labor chargeso. Buy and have your car serviced there at your own risk. As for me they lost a customer. I will never have my car serviced there again. As a matter of fact I can not wait to get rid if my ford; for a better mode if transportation.

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

I went into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new Ford F150 but after being ignored and treated disrespectfully and rudely by the general sales manager, I left the store. Between my wife and myself we have purchased three cars/trucks from Balise Ford or Balise Nissan and have had all vehicles serviced at respective dealers and that's all in the last six years, an average of a new vehicle every two years! We felt we have been loyal customers, so I don't know what changes have taken place with the sales staff, especially management but it is not for the better

My sales person was David Hurley. From the get-go, he respected my time, means of contact, and time frame for purchasing. The no pressure means of approach and level of professionalism was huge. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
He is truly a professional in every way possible and took the time to prepare multiple options prior to our meeting. This made the experience quick and pleasant.
The experience in the finance office was excellent as well. Liz handled my questions and concerns efficiently and to the point. Great person to deal with. No pressure, options for financing readily avalable. She even called me at the end of the day to lay out the options that best suited me for financing.
Everyone I dealt with was respectful and personable throughout the entire process.
