My sales person was Marco Imbergamo and he was complete gentleman and very professional. He explained every thing about the truck and the other services offered at Rodman. Negotiating with Marco and Richie went back and forth but was always respectful and we were able to come to terms for buying the 2015 F 150. I also had a very good experience with finance manager, Lauren Fitzgerald. She explained every step in the process. Also Joe at the accessories counter was very helpful in getting back to me with prices of some items I was interested in for the truck. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience which is not always the case at a lot of dealers.

I initially went to Jannell to learn about options for my son. I was up front with Joe Daddio and told him I was just trying to learn. He spent an hour with me sharing valuable knowledge. When I went looking a new Explorer he questioned what I was looking for, and then directed me to a used car which not only had everything I could possible want, but saved me a lot of money. When it came time to finance I told him I preferred to work with my own bank. Taking his advice, he introduced me to Joanne who found me an even better deal.

Frank Best took care of getting my truck right in for a new tire. I find everyone very pleasant and helpful any time I have to get service done. I don't think I would ever buy a vehicle any where else now. I would highly recommend Imperial to anyone.

I had a very good experience at Toyota of Greenfield, MA. I called them because I was looking for a particular used vehicle and I saw they had one. I made an appointment with Shane Barbato to test drive and talk numbers. He was very nice and helpful and was not what I would call a typical "pushy" salesman and I appreciated that. Overall the experience was pretty seamless and painless and I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the dealership!

Paul Scannell, our salesman, was technically knowledgeable and engendered a belief in the integrity of himself and the Herb Chambers operating philosophy, which continues through after sales relations. This confidence, along with a fine and extensive inventory of vehicles made for a comfortable decision to close the deal and we feel that we made a "good value" purchase.

I always get good, fast service. I like the maintenance staff we get along well and they are most helpful. I get my service 20,000 in this case with only one small issue. All fluids are supposed to be topped off as part of the oil change, per vehicle safety check list. They missed the window wash. No big deal but worth mentioning.
No one at 1st Ford has ever mentioned or asked me to give a review . I am a ford customer for life I don't need to make up reviews.
I have oil changes for life agreement.

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. If you need a car check these guys out. I know!!!

The service I received at Bonnell Ford from William Kerns was professional and honest, in stark contrast to what I got at four other dealers, including two other Ford dealers (one just north of Boston and one in Salem, NH). I would definitely do business at Bonnell again, and would recommend Bonnell to my friends and associates, especially if they could be assisted by Mr. Kerns.
The paperwork, which is voluminous, was processed perfectly and smoothly with no surprises and no glitches.
It's a class place and Mr. Kerns is sharp, professional man.

Northampton Ford, unlike any other dealership service department I've visited, goes above and beyond. If there's a minor problem, they don't just tell you that there is a problem and make you feel helpless. They educate you about the problem, and how it can be prevented in the future. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

I've bought three cars there now over the past 6 years, two new for the family and one used for myself. The new cars were bought under the partner pricing program, so I expected no stress and a good price and got it. But it was the same buying used; I got a very good price, which was advertised online, with no stress. I bought from George the last two times, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a small dent in my car that they pledged to fix and followed through even though it would not have changed the outcome of the sale. I've done a little bit of service there as well and have no complaints, though I usually don't use dealers for service. Highly recommended!

Had my 2015 truck serviced at Mathieu Ford for a minor problem. When the mechanic and I disagreed on his diagnosis he yelled at me. I was holding my two year old and walked away. Went to service where the service person watched as he was loud and defensive again. Service personell did not even tell him to chill out or try to fix my problem. I left without the problem being solved and will seek help elsewhere. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I bought mt 2007 sport trac (my dream vehicle) and have always had all my work done there. Everyone from front desk to sales to mechanics are professional and courteous! Moved to FL and them. I have sent them a request on work that I was told needed to be done, found a good mechanic here, but want Acton Ford's opinion before I get it done, I trust them that much! Best place and people!
