I made the mistake of buying my 2012 Fusion at another Ford dealer closer to my home. I initially had plans to have my Fusion serviced at the purchasing dealership, until I had a very negative experience at this dealership. So, I started looking up reviews on Ford service departments in my surrounding area. This is where I initially came across Lamoureux Ford. I started looking at their sales, as well as service reviews. We came across a few used Fords we were interested in, so we made the hour and a half drive to Lamoureux to take a look at used cars. When we got there, we were greeted by Bill. Bill walked us over to the vehicles we were interested in, and took the time to show us the ins and outs of the vehicle. We decided the Flex wasn't for us, and started looking at smaller SUVs. We ended up on a used Edge. Bill took us through this vehicle to, again, show us all the features. We were introduced to Bob, the GM, who was also very nice. The entire time, there was zero pressure from anyone on the sales floor to further the process. We were not pressured into running a credit app, which at the other "big box" dealerships, seems like the first step to looking for a vehicle. We ended on the note for Bill to keep an eye out for something used that comes in, that would better suit our needs. At no point did we feel pushed to the side because we did not buy that day. Bill and the team in sales, in my book anyway, went above and beyond to earn a new customer, and that's exactly what they did. We will most definitely be back when the time is right, and we will most definitely buy from Bill.
Also, I found where I will be servicing my Fusion, as the service team at Lamoureux has won several awards for the quality of their work.
All in all, if your looking for a Ford dealership where you can feel confident buying and servicing your Ford, look no further. Save yourself the headaches you'll get with those other guys, and pay Lamoureux Ford a visit. You wont be disappointed.

I went to Ford of Greenfield to look at the Raptor I saw on the internet. This truck has many features which were new to me. My sales rep Shane answered all my questions with great detail. I was quite impressed with the knoweledge that Shane had of this truck, I was so impressed with this vehicle and Shane, that I bought this truck on the spot.
