I was incredibly lucky to work with Shane Barbato on the purchase of my first car at Toyota of Greenfield! He came highly recommended by family friends who have purchased over 4 vehicles from Shane in the last 5 years, so I had high expectations...and Shane did not disappoint. I arrived at the dealership shortly before they were closing on a Thursday night, and within an hour I had test driven and made the decision to purchase an awesome 2014 Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Prius C. Shane was low-pressure, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout a process that was very unfamiliar to me. He explained the car's features thoroughly, explored financing options with me that met my particular needs, and STILL managed to make me laugh. I picked up the car ready to go with registration and plates just two days later. When a routine 30k mile maintenance light came on a few days after I took my new Prius home, I was able to get a hold of Shane immediately. He invited me to stop by the dealership right away, where he fixed the issue within minutes. He also ordered a container of touch up paint for a small scratch on the back of my car and is working on locating replacement fasteners for the back seat covers. These tiny details matter to me, and I was so happy to work with someone who cared enough to put the time into them. Overall, Shane has exceeded an already high set of expectations around service, availability, and knowledge. You should work with him, too!

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. If you need a car check these guys out. I know!!!

I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Let me start with the good - I was super impressed and pleased by our face time with our salesperson. Dave was responsive and helpful. He definitely stepped up when he colleagues dropped the ball. Thumbs up to him.
However, at the end of the day, as we are new to the area - I wish I had known about Wall's reputation for bad attitude and bad service. We would have driven down the road to Danvers.
Wall's Ford both underperformed in terms of basic competency and in customer service. After working with their finance person to return a lease and purchase a new vehicle - what you would assume is a common occurrence - the manager left the organization. There was absolutely no attempt to follow up with the customers he was working with - we had our car but there was no evidence that we paid for the car. I followed up with Heather who seemed clueless - and quite frankly annoyed with us about any exchange that we had with her colleague. Moreover, Wall's GM Chris Lefebvre did not follow through or take ownership of his employees promises or mistakes - and was, quite frankly, passive aggressive and disrespectful. Some finger pointing and avoidance happened on their side without an straight up apology for their mistakes. Incompetency, clearly, did not stop at the individual no longer at Wall's. So, why pay them money - when, if you like the product, you can get better service without the headache at another Ford, like Danvers.

Never had a good experience at a dealership till I went here.From the time I walked in till the time I drove away, it was nothing short of excellence.The saleman (Josh) was very thorough and explained all the features of the truck I purchased. He took the time to sync my phone and activate my free trial of SiriusXM radio, and a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. The sales manager (Steven) made the transaction as smooth as could be. No pressure and no going back and forth. Just got themselves a repeat customer. Also, I live the next town over from another Ford dealership that has a slogan of"In the little town of Mendon" but I decided to drive 30 minutes, glad I did

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate - zabal
I had purchased a Ford van from Franklin Ford dealership at the end of December 2015. I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate one I ad-wrap the vehicle. I have sent all the paperwork (invoice, contractor license) back on Feb 15th via email to George, Sales and Leasing consultant. Since then, I have a reached out several times, to include June 8th, June 16th, again no reply. Most recently, on July 12, 2016, I had sent an email to Bob, GM and Gorge again, requesting action be taken as 8 months late, I still have not received the incentive check. !!!!!!!!!; nor have I even received a courtesy call back or email reply. This service is unacceptable, and the fact I have not received refund I was offered is a clear violation of contract. I have copies of all emails and correspondence which I can provide.
I will look into it tomorrow for you when I get in and get you and answer. It shouldn't take that long and I will find out the status for you.

My girlfriend and I both bought vehicles there. We were told we would receive $100 for anyone sent their way if they bought a vehicle. My father purchased a car there and left the info. After not receiving anything I called and spoke with the sales guy Randy and was told they didn't get the referral and that it was now only $25 due to new management.
