The team at Herb Chambers of Braintree wasn't difficult or pushy, the way most car salesmen and dealers can be. They were great in showing me cars I was interested in rather than ones they are looking to get off the lot.
Jason Arsenault and Kevin Norton were particularly helpful in walking me through the steps needed to get my paperwork finalized, going as far as calling my bank to help coordinate the paperwork between the two institutions. If I hear anyone is looking into buying a Ford, this is the first I would send them and the last place they'd need to go.

I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

This was by far the best experience I have had in over 60 years of buying/leasing cars. Jim Fauci and Cheryl were outstanding. They made the experience easy and extremely pleasant and hassle free. Jim in particular guided me the whole way and demonstrated his understanding of my needs and driving habits. In the end he showed me that I could get a bigger car for the same or less money than downsizing. I can't thank Brad York and his staff for the time, attention and making leasing a car so enjoyable. Honest, quick, and to the point. These guys get it, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. It's a convenient location, and none of the huge "sales swamp" that you get with larger dealers. They have the inventory without the corporate bureaucracy. Additionally, they had the best price around. So much better than my experience in Foxboro.

I have bought cars from Quirk in the past. It's the first place I turned to lease a car for my daughter. They advertise in the Herald a price for a lease on a Ford Escape S. I didn't want anything else. $99 per mo with 1999 down. I wanted only what was advertised. I was paying all of the other expenses so I made it clear it was not to be wrapped up in the monthly payment. I was ready to sign UNTIL the dealer came back with a monthly payment 2x of that was advertised. $189 is a huge difference to the advertised price. I don't deal or haggle on an advertised price and I expect to pay that price. I quickly walked out and won't return. When a dealer advertises a price they MUST give that price. Their tactics were deceptive and in violation of GL c 93a.

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

Dan, one of the service managers, cheerfully took the vehicle into the shop, put it up on the lift and reattached the loose piece.
