I went to Colonial Ford because they had the car that I wanted. Also the Ford dealers on Cape Cod have less than stellar reputations. I touched base with Colonial by phone and Dwight directed me to a salesperson and said to call and let them know when I was coming and they would be ready for me. They were. My sales person was George Andruk--very low key and professional. I felt no pressure to chose one car over another. We arranged financing and arranged for pick up. George even came in on his day off to deliver the car. Will be going back for service and bringing my other Ford vehicles also even though it is off Cape.

Earlier in the summer I went to Imperial Ford to look at Ford Escapes. Dave Bertulli walked me through the lot taking time to ensure I knew about the options available. I returned to the dealership in late July and purchased an Escape. Throughout the entire process Dave was always available to answer questions. My husband I started our search for new vehicles at a jeep dealership on Route 1 and the salesman basically turned us away after We told him what our credit score was. "Let me know when you can get a cosigner up here" was the only thing he said. We ended up at York Ford with Jim Fauci who's attitude was positive and understanding. He told us he would do the best he could to give us what we really wanted without having to settle. After working with him and Cheryl Pereira (who was absolutely awesome) we got two new vehicles. I will never do business anywhere else.

I purchased my first car from a dealership this past weekend, a 2013 Ford Escape. I worked with Chris Doucette from the outset. Chris is less a salesperson and more consultative in his approach. Friendly, conversational and knowledgable Chris and his team were able to find the right car from me as well as competitive financing on par with what I had been pre-qualified with.
The dealership is very clean and comfortable with snacks, water, and coffee readily available.

I was offered a quote online so I drove 30 miles there to purchase at that price, however their first offer was 7k over that offer, not sure why. However once we straightened that out it was fine. Offer on my trade was reasonable. The salesman, Greg was very nice and professional. Drove away satisfied.

I hate buying cars, and I really hate car dealers. So when my wife suggested that we go to Muzi Ford to look for a car, I told her I wasn’t going. She practically dragged me to the dealership, and that’s when we met this guy, Vadim. He was so nice and so helpful I couldn’t believe it. Most of these guys never seem to know much about cars, but this guy really knew his stuff, and I was amazed. And he was excellent about getting us a good price and financing. He didn’t have the “attitude” that so many car salesmen tend to have, and we really felt he was interested in us and the kind of car we wanted and could afford. I don’t ever want to buy a car from anyone else, other than this guy.

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. I went an extra 45 minutes away to shop at Belise because I could save some money but it wasn't worth it. I was told I would get a second set of keys and never did. My driver seat didn't adjust when I bought it, they fixed it but the fix only lasted a couple weeks. I finally stopped getting responses from anyone so I talked to the GM who offered me 2 free oil changes, then he left out got fired and they told me, yeah he offered that to a lot of people. So another person was going to look into resolving my issues but never returned any of my calls.
So now I live with my car and will take it elsewhere to get fixed properly.

I was just window shopping comparing the old Fusion to the new style Fusion but was intending to buy within the week. I was greeted by Al in the parking lot as he was walking in. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable asking me questions about that were not about trying to push a "sale" but what brought me to the dealership and how he could help me find what I was looking for. Fortunately he had a car that matched up. Long story short I purchased a car from him and couldn't be happier with the service he provided me as well as the entire dealership including Dylan in the finance department. Al's dealership wasn't the closest but I will put his on the top of the list when I go to look for my next Ford.

I just picked up my new 2016 Ford Fusion and am as happy as can be. The car drives like a German luxury car...it really feels that good.
The service I received at Bonnell Ford from William Kerns was professional and honest, in stark contrast to what I got at four other dealers, including two other Ford dealers (one just north of Boston and one in Salem, NH). I would definitely do business at Bonnell again, and would recommend Bonnell to my friends and associates, especially if they could be assisted by Mr. Kerns.
The paperwork, which is voluminous, was processed perfectly and smoothly with no surprises and no glitches.
It's a class place and Mr. Kerns is sharp, professional man.

I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate - zabal
I had purchased a Ford van from Franklin Ford dealership at the end of December 2015. I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate one I ad-wrap the vehicle. I have sent all the paperwork (invoice, contractor license) back on Feb 15th via email to George, Sales and Leasing consultant. Since then, I have a reached out several times, to include June 8th, June 16th, again no reply. Most recently, on July 12, 2016, I had sent an email to Bob, GM and Gorge again, requesting action be taken as 8 months late, I still have not received the incentive check. !!!!!!!!!; nor have I even received a courtesy call back or email reply. This service is unacceptable, and the fact I have not received refund I was offered is a clear violation of contract. I have copies of all emails and correspondence which I can provide.
I will look into it tomorrow for you when I get in and get you and answer. It shouldn't take that long and I will find out the status for you.

Amazing ! - Happy new truck owner
My husband and I walked into Prime yesterday and met Kyle. We had just come from another car dealership where we had picked our truck, confirmed what the cost and payment schedule would be, and were just taking 24 hrs to cement the deal. Neither of us felt very good about our experience. Meeting Kyle completely changed our choice of dealerships, and our truck choice. Kyle sat with us asking questions about what we really wanted and needed in a truck. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and easy to talk to about what exactly we wanted our payments to be. We never felt rushed but he was clear and concise in helping us made a decision that was perfect for us ! that afternoon we left with the truck of our dreams and a price we could feel good about. Every employee mad us feel welcome and even important, like our purchase was really important to them I can't thank Kyle enough and would recommend this dealership to everyone needing a vehicle !!!!
