Due to an unexpected increase in my business, I needed to add a Ford F- 550 dump truck to my fleet ASAP. I called Koko on a Saturday and left him a message of my needs. He called me back Monday in disbelief that I needed it so soon! He went to work to find one and Wednesday evening I drove home the truck I wanted, color and all!!! Perfect!!

My experience at York was GREAT! I went in just looking for information about 2016 Ford Escapes and never felt pressured once to buy that day. Unlike other car dealerships that I've been to, when I walked in I didn't feel like I was being surrounded by vultures swooping in; the whole team made me feel so comfortable. They really seemed to value the relationships with their potential clients, which is a HUGE draw for me.
Bill not only answered my many questions, but asked questions about me and what was important to me in a car and a dealership. He took the time to look up some potentials in the showroom first, making sure that all of the vehicles he was going to take me to had what I was looking for. I ended up looking at a few 2017s and 2015s because they were the best fit for me and in my price range. He saved the best for last and brought me to a Used Pre-Certified 2015 Escape, it had everything I was looking for and so much more. Since I wasn't intending on buying that day, I asked if it would be alright if I came back later after thinking about it. One salesman actually told me that he understood wanting to think and maybe bring someone for a second opinion, and if it turned out that the car wasn't what I was looking for, they would understand completely. I ended up coming back later with a family member for a second set of eyes, and Bill was more than helpful again. I decided that I couldn't pass up the opportunity, but the price was still a little bit above my budget, so Bill did his best and was able to get the price reduced so that it was closer to my planned price. I signed paperwork with him then and was off to talk to Cheryl about financing. She worked on getting me a great rate, and guaranteed that she would be able to help me get my payments to what I wanted. She even ended up saving me a little a month on my payments, and my new car was ready for pick up the next afternoon.
I really felt like I wasn't just a number to the York Ford team. I will be coming back if ever I need another car, and will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market. I just can't say enough about how HAPPY I am with my experience.

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. If you need a car check these guys out. I know!!!

I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Jerry and the dealership were great regarding the purchase of a pre-owned certified Ford Edge. The car was beautifully prepared and ready for our pick up the day before thanksgiving. Jerry had to go out of his way to make the transaction successful by driving the car to meet me at the Connecticut DMV for registration (4 1/2 hour wait time) as well as coming in the next day from vacation when we picked the car up at Framingham Ford. The help and service made for a smooth transaction.

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

I went with my wife to test drive and potentially buy a new mustang. Had spoken to a sales manager a few days prior to set up a meeting. Got there and had to wait twenty minutes for the one sales guy to come out from the back room. From the start he was all attitude. When I said what I wanted. He said that there was no way he was letting me "tear around like a jack xxx in a new sports car. Please note that I'm 40 years old and with my wife. I said I would need to test drive before I pay 35k+ for anything. He said somebody just spent 60k without driving it and that I should get over it. We left. I went to Auburn ford where I test drove and bought the car I wanted the next day.
I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate - zabal
I had purchased a Ford van from Franklin Ford dealership at the end of December 2015. I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate one I ad-wrap the vehicle. I have sent all the paperwork (invoice, contractor license) back on Feb 15th via email to George, Sales and Leasing consultant. Since then, I have a reached out several times, to include June 8th, June 16th, again no reply. Most recently, on July 12, 2016, I had sent an email to Bob, GM and Gorge again, requesting action be taken as 8 months late, I still have not received the incentive check. !!!!!!!!!; nor have I even received a courtesy call back or email reply. This service is unacceptable, and the fact I have not received refund I was offered is a clear violation of contract. I have copies of all emails and correspondence which I can provide.
I will look into it tomorrow for you when I get in and get you and answer. It shouldn't take that long and I will find out the status for you.
