Recently, my husband and I leased a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT from Lamoureux Ford. Our salesman was Marc Kokansky. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we looked at three different vehicles. He guided us to a great vehicle for our family. Mark explained and answered our questions about leasing a vehicle as compared to purchasing a new vehicle. for the first time ever buying a automobile I have to say our salesman David Moniz made this the best experience ever. David was upfront about everything very nice and very informed of suv answered all our questions. When we are ready for another purchase we will be asking for David I would recommend David to anybody that wants to feel good about buying a car he made it so pleasurable. Since this was a used vehicle there was some cosmetic scratches and David made sure it was taking care of outstanding.

Sales manager Mike introduced us to Pedro when we arrived at Imperial looking for a truck with our son. Our son was in the market for a Ford F-150 and Pedro spent a lot of time showing him ALL his options and all the different features each offered. We shared a lot of laughs and the experience was AWESOME. There were no games and NO pressure which was great. Pedro and Mike gave him the bottom line of a few he liked. Before we left Pedro gave us his card with his personal cellphone number on it and said to call if we had any other questions. We purchased a truck and Pedro ensured it was available for pickup in a timely manner. He was excellent with follow up even after the deal was done which is great. If your in the market for a Ford I would recommend you visit Imperial in the little town of Mendon, MA and ask for PEDRO you won't be disappointed. We lease and usually drive an hour because "our guy" moved the dealership he was at and we don't like yhe pressure or games now we have options close to home.

I decided that I enjoyed driving my wife's RAV4 more than my Tacoma, so I phoned my favorite sales rep at Toyota of Greenfield, Shane Barbato on a Monday morning and told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my 2014 Tacoma for a 2016 RAV4. By that afternoon, he phoned me to let me know that he had 3 vehicles which fit my criteria. I went down that afternoon for test driving, and settled on one of them, and took delivery Tuesday afternoon! Toyota of Greenfield gave me top dollar for my Tacoma, and Shane made the whole process virtually effortless, taking care of all the backend complex paperwork details. I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with Toyota ownership since we bought our first two Corollas in 2004, and have had a flawless experience since with a 2014 Tacoma, a 2015 RAV4, and now own a 2016 RAV4. We are so happy with the Cartelli owned, Toyota of Greenfield, and Shane Barbato as our sales rep, that, this time, we came from our new home in Florence to buy this recent RAV4, rather than going to the Northampton dealership. If Shane is still at the Greenfield dealership when we need our next Toyota (we won't buy any other brand now), we will be seeing him again!

I had a great experience at Kelly Ford. I came in knowing what I wanted and looking for something specific, got a great price quote, and wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't want. I got a very good price for my trade in, which wasn't worth very much to begin with. Wes was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to help me, after he already made the sale, to connect my iPhone to the car and make sure I knew how everything worked. He was even able to very carefully scrape off my parking sticker, without tearing it, from my old car and put it on my new car so I didn't have to pay for parking while I wait for a new sticker. I also forgot to take my FastLane responder off my old car, but Wes was sharp enough to realize it and even installed it on my new car for me. Gary was great about helping me out with the paperwork and other options for the car. Much better than my previous car buying experience. Thank you Wes, Gary, and Sabrina.

Picked up my new 2016 lariat Supercrew today from Herb Chambers Ford. Thoroughly satisfied as to how I was treated by the salesman Brandon Williams, and sales manager Miguel. Like other people, I hate to car shop. My experience with Brandon, and this dealership changed all that. Very sincere, caring individuals, no pressure to purchase anything. I inquired about a vehicle. they located the exact color, and options that I wanted. Gave me what I felt was fair for my trade, and we finalized the deal. Brandon was very knowledgeable, and professional., They are most fortunate to have him in their employ. Features were all explained to me upon delivery, and Brandon answered all my questions. I hate buying cars, and I really hate car dealers. So when my wife suggested that we go to Muzi Ford to look for a car, I told her I wasn’t going. She practically dragged me to the dealership, and that’s when we met this guy, Vadim. He was so nice and so helpful I couldn’t believe it. Most of these guys never seem to know much about cars, but this guy really knew his stuff, and I was amazed. And he was excellent about getting us a good price and financing. He didn’t have the “attitude” that so many car salesmen tend to have, and we really felt he was interested in us and the kind of car we wanted and could afford. I don’t ever want to buy a car from anyone else, other than this guy.

I worked in 33 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships since 1986 as a tech, I know and seen everything that goes on. I was looking for a 2010-2012 Flame Blue Ford Fusion with 3.0L with nav. Almost extinct, Well turns out Johnson Ford had one. Almost 2 hours travel time from my house. I want it and I went to go see it Saturday. I loved it, I got treated like a friend and they talked to me like a friend. They even gave me a tour of their service dept. We made our deal, and get this, they delivered it to my house on Monday. I'm so excited. Best car buying experience ever. I just hope Mr. Johnson knows the talent of his Used Car Sales Manager-Jim Russell and Bryan one of his salesman, and better yet reward them with more then a pat on the back. I went an extra 45 minutes away to shop at Belise because I could save some money but it wasn't worth it. I was told I would get a second set of keys and never did. My driver seat didn't adjust when I bought it, they fixed it but the fix only lasted a couple weeks. I finally stopped getting responses from anyone so I talked to the GM who offered me 2 free oil changes, then he left out got fired and they told me, yeah he offered that to a lot of people. So another person was going to look into resolving my issues but never returned any of my calls.
So now I live with my car and will take it elsewhere to get fixed properly.

My salesman Mike Carroll was great and made trading my car and leasing a new Lincoln MKC the smoothest transaction! He knew my schedule didn't allow me to commute to process most paperwork and he worked with me to save me the time! If I had questions he would even answer them via text which made things easier to make decisions on my part. I find they came in more then fair with other competitors I visited and I didn't need to haggle back and forth. I would definitely come back to Framingham Ford when my car is up for trade and certainly would use Mike Carroll again without a doubt!

I just picked up my new 2015 Ford Fusion and am as happy as can be. The car drives like a German luxury car...it really feels that good.
The service I received at Bonnell Ford from William Kerns was professional and honest, in stark contrast to what I got at four other dealers, including two other Ford dealers (one just north of Boston and one in Salem, NH). I would definitely do business at Bonnell again, and would recommend Bonnell to my friends and associates, especially if they could be assisted by Mr. Kerns.
The paperwork, which is voluminous, was processed perfectly and smoothly with no surprises and no glitches.
It's a class place and Mr. Kerns is sharp, professional man.

Northampton Ford, unlike any other dealership service department I've visited, goes above and beyond. If there's a minor problem, they don't just tell you that there is a problem and make you feel helpless. They educate you about the problem, and how it can be prevented in the future. I've bought three cars there now over the past 6 years, two new for the family and one used for myself. The new cars were bought under the partner pricing program, so I expected no stress and a good price and got it. But it was the same buying used; I got a very good price, which was advertised online, with no stress. I bought from George the last two times, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a small dent in my car that they pledged to fix and followed through even though it would not have changed the outcome of the sale. I've done a little bit of service there as well and have no complaints, though I usually don't use dealers for service. Highly recommended!
