Christine was Fantastic I went in to test drive a F150 lightning Christine provided all the information I needed. Tony Parente even let me take the vehicle home overnight for a test drive. After all of that I was hesitant to go all electric and decided not to buy at that point. After a couple weeks of thought I decided to make the leap to all electric and returned. I ended buying the lightning and the process was seamless. Christine handled everything smoothly was a great experience from everyone involved at Tasca.

I had been looking for a replacement for my aging pickup. I travel extensively for my job so time is an issue for me. I found a vehicle that met all my expectations on Facebook. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Joe Oliveira. Scheduled a visit and saw the vehicle. I liked it but was unable to test drive due to a clutch replacement recall.i had to leave for work once again and in a period of over 2 weeks he kept in contact with me. I finally returned and he made an appointment at a moments notice. I came in test drove the vehicle and if I could make the deal I wanted I would take it. Joe made sure that my wishes were considered and worked diligently for me even when I refused the first two offers. He finally worked it to numbers I could accept. I usually do not write reviews however I felt it was important to comment. I had an issue with the ignition for my 2011 Taurus I called Kelly Ford for an appointment to resolve the problem. I explained the issue to the service writer then waited for a call back for the appointment. He called me back and told me that the car was too old and they couldn’t service it. He also told me to go where ever I get a sticker and maybe they could resolve the problem. I couldn’t believe that a dealership would deny service to my Ford. I called Danvers Ford told them about the age of the car and asked if they would service it. The reply, no problem. I then explained the issue I was having. Again, no problem and I got an appointment. I got a call the afternoon of the appointment to say they identified the problem and the car would be ready the following day. Danvers Ford has won a new customer and I will always speak negatively about Kelly Ford based on this experience.
