Sometimes I think my car is a lemon. I just had to have the washer pump replaced for the second time in less than a year. But I do know it's no one there's fault and when I do get frustrated with it at times Daniel Abate is just the best guy to get you through it. Not only is he a good listener, he has the patience of a saint! Thank you Daniel for always being so helpful.

I read the reviews here before choosing a dealership - well aware of Rodmans well earned reputation - bought first truck there in 1976 -- but wanted the right salesperson and chose salesperson Diane Carter from these reviews and was very happy with my experience in trading in 2006 Escape and buying 2017 Escape. The finance experience with Sheryl was the easiest I've ever experienced -- got me a lower rate than I expected and was very professional and knowledgeable.

My husband was looking to replace his 2003 truck. We went to Toyota and met Shane. We told him what we were looking for and we got a RAV-4 the same day. The next day we went to pick up our car and Shane said there was a 2 hour wait for our inspection sticker because the service department was very busy. Shane took our car downtown and got it inspected so we wouldn't have to sit around for 2 hours.. He went above and beyond and we will recommend him to our friends. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciated the time and attention he gave us.

Could not recommend higher than 5 star, would if we could! Dom listened to our needs, made several great suggestions for us and made us feel as if we were his only customers. This was just going to be a quick visit to a Ford dealer to look at the F150 series and compare to other brands, but Dom made us feel so comfortable that we felt free to ask all our questions. He knew his product so well and seemed to go out of his way to help us. No pressure on us, just conversation on what would work for us. He showed us a couple of vehicles that he thought we would like based on our conversation. He sold us on the product and on the dealership. Once we settled on a vehicle the rest of the team made the finance and delivery a breeze. Dom has followed up with us a couple of times since the sale. I wish he would show the Mercedes dealership how to treat customers!

Not the best first impression - NewEnglandDriver
My first service visit for a 2016 Edge was mixed. I reported an issue with a warning light, a software upgrade problem, a recall, and an oil change. The service rep was pleasant but told me there was no recall and I must be just not updating the software correctly--ok. In the end they kept the car two days because the software wouldn't update (hmm) and then ended up not updating with the latest version--the reason for the visit. I had to convince the service representative that there was a recall by specifically referencing the date and content of the letter from Ford. He finally followed up and learned that the recall part was not yet in but yes, there is a recall. The staff was friendly and the service hours reasonable. The work gets a B as they failed to pay attention and just re-loaded the same software version and kept the car for two days to do it. The entire process would have been more satisfactory had the staff believed me the on intake and been more careful with the work. It leads me to expect that every service will be a painful back and forth of explanation, clarification, and closely following up and that it may not be right the first time. That's not the best impression.

My experience at First Ford was terrific. This was my first trip there from North Scituate RI and it was well worth the drive. I was referred by a friend who had recently purchased there and said he saved thousands compared to prices he was getting locally and I just had to see for myself. I was met inside by Steve Day and he did an exemplary job of matching my needs and budget to just what I was hoping to find/drive. And having been there for a couple of hours I could also see that I was not the only person being served well by the very attentive crew at First Ford. Although courteous people are nice to deal with it is even nicer when the dollars work out and for me the dollars worked out just fine. Thanks to Steve Day and Jay Vasconcellos for setting me up with a F150 that I am thrilled with.

It's time for another review. Yes , I bought an additional vehicle . I'm still going strong and steady. Since 2011, I have bought a brand new car EVERY YEAR, and then some. Now, on with my review . I just purchased a brand new 2017 Ford Focus ST, 6 speed manual, from Ashley Ford Sales on Mount Pleasant Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts . My Salesman was Alex Wolfgang.
Alex Wolfgang is a wonderful Salesman. I previously met Alex , and test drove the Ford Focus ST, 6 Speed manual. Alex was very accommodating. He let me drive the Ford Focus ST, a Ford Explorer, and a Ford Fiesta ST. I took to Alex and his warm and honest personality immediately . Unfortunately, when I met Alex initially , it wasn't the right time for me to get into a new car. However , I did promise Alex I would be back within 12 months to purchase a brand new Vehicle from him . Despite having easy access to competing Ford Dealerships, Alex personality and honestly had me sold when I met him . Therefore , I very much wanted to do business with him.
I called Alex on Saturday, 7/15/17 and made an appointment to meet with him that afternoon at 2:30pm. I met with Alex at the Ashley Ford dealership. We discussed the desired car I wanted and my financial options .
I told Alex that I wanted a 2017 Ford Focus ST, 6 speed manual. We discussed the color I wanted. We discussed available rebates . My color choices were Race Red, and Magnetic Grey Metallic . I got $3,500 in rebates plus the dealership took an additional $750 off the sticker of the car as a loyalty Thank for purchasing my Ford Focus ST from Ashley Ford . They also gave me an additional warranty that extended my factory warranty.
I can't say enough about my 2017 Ford Focus ST. I’ve wanted one since Ford debuted this trim level for the 2014 Model year. It's the first car I've bought off Ashley Ford . Everyone at the Dealership was courteous , warm and professional . I can't say enough about Alex Wolfgang. He's not only a good , honest Salesman . He's a great , warm and loving family man . These personality traits all shine through in the first five minutes after talking to Alex. His professionalism, and salesmanship bristled with such refined brilliance. Jim Bancroft in finance was fabulous as was Gary Freitas . Jim and Gary got me the lowest interest rate possible, and right when I was going to settle for the initial rate he got me, he told me , “ NOPE, On Monday, I am going to get you an even lower rate” . Jim Bancroft came though with flying colors , getting me a dirt cheap interest rate. The man’s a magician !
I’d also like to add that my sales experience was completely stress free. NO pressure AT ALL ! Now, This is my 23rd brand new car since 1989. I have to say, its been the BEST car buying experience EVER !! No Pressure AT ALL !! For those of you who don’t know, Ashley Ford is a family owned company , and they’ve been in Business for decades and decades, still family owned. I have to tell you , the atmosphere of this dealership, and their approach to NO PRESSURE Sales, is immediately evident as soon as you walk in the door.
First Ford in Fall River - FORGET about them ! I’ve been in there 8 times in the last 2 years. Not only do they have different Sales Staff all the time, they also don’t remember your name. Bigger dealerships that maybe, sell, 250 to 370 cars per month , like the the cars they sell, you, the customer are only a number. I have not seen Alex Wolfgang in some time , though, he remembered my name - WITHOUT LOOKING ME UP IN THE COMPUTER !! I’m very happy to have become a part of the Ashley Ford family . I'm more grateful to know Alex Wolfgang . I think of him as my little brother . That's how great he is . Thank you Ashley Ford . Thank You Jim Bancroft. Thank you Gary Freitas. Thank you Jonathan Mandeville. Thank You Alex Wolfgang, not only for selling me a beautiful car, but for also selling me the experience of becoming part of the Ashley Ford family . I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Buying a new car for me is like pulling teeth. When I lurched my F250 last year I ended up yelling at the salesman and manager. Which is why I didn't return when buying a new mustang. I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. Those Maga-dealers need to take lessons.

Purchased a new 2017 F150 STX. Found almost exactly what I was looking for at "Jack". Traded my 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport. Purchased in Massachusetts but live most of the year in New Mexico where vehicles are registered. "Jack" made a difficult out-of-state registration process easy and seamless. Dealt primarily with Michael Chammas (sales) and Sean Alpert (Sales Manager). Both are genuine good guys and knowledgeable. Their attentiveness even after the sale was impressive and they made me feel like it will continue to be so. I'm very appreciative!

My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.
