I leased a 2017 Ford Escape from Frankie Santiago and received the best service ever. He was patient and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I had never leased before so he explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood it all. Could not recommend higher than 5 star, would if we could! Dom listened to our needs, made several great suggestions for us and made us feel as if we were his only customers. This was just going to be a quick visit to a Ford dealer to look at the F150 series and compare to other brands, but Dom made us feel so comfortable that we felt free to ask all our questions. He knew his product so well and seemed to go out of his way to help us. No pressure on us, just conversation on what would work for us. He showed us a couple of vehicles that he thought we would like based on our conversation. He sold us on the product and on the dealership. Once we settled on a vehicle the rest of the team made the finance and delivery a breeze. Dom has followed up with us a couple of times since the sale. I wish he would show the Mercedes dealership how to treat customers!

I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.

We have gone to Wall's ford many times to have our leased car serviced. The Wall's Team has been easy to work with and the service excellent. We decided to return to Wall's and buy out the end of our lease rather than return to where we had originally leased the car.
When we arrived we were pleasently greeted by sales representative Mike Nocifora. We explained to him that we wanted to buy out the lease and keep the car we had been driving. He then informed us of the other opportunities available and compared the advantages and disadvantages to keeping the car we had leased. He offered to show us other cars available for comparison.Mike was very informative about the cars and we apprciatead the information and decided to purchase a new vehicle instead.

Brought my 2011 Ford Escape in for a service issue a few weeks ago and after receiving a video from the shop tech Lou visually and verbally explaining the problem and providing an estimate of repairs I had to think about putting money into a vehicle with a 112,000 miles on it. I have always maintained the vehicle religiously keeping up with recommended services. I do appx. 25-30,000 miles a year on my vehicles and I had to weigh the decision seriously. The Service Advisor Christine Morganelli was extremely helpful and mentioned a program the dealership was running regarding their courtesy vehicles. The discount off list price for the swap of 3,000 miles was very intriguing. After speaking with Jim Fauci, who I purchased the '11 Escape from, we made arrangements to view and test drive a couple of the 2017 "courtesy" vehicles. Well, besides the few more gray hairs Jim and I have acquired in the years since our last transaction, it was as if we had just transacted a deal last year. The comfort and familiarity dealing with Jim leaves me with a complete sense of trust in his competence and help with this new transaction. You won't go wrong dealing with Jim. In addition, the finance person, Cheryl Pereira is a complete professional securing the financing from the bank and discussing warranty options and costs all the while fitting this into my monthly budget. In closing, you will not have a better service or car buying experience than you will at York Ford.
