Burns Hyundai is the best dealership in New Jersey to buy or lease a vehicle. I have been driving Hyundai automobiles for over twenty years and got all my cars from Burns. My car purchases evolved when my Superman of Burns Hyundai Mr Ed Demonte started selling me cars. He know what I like. He makes it so easy . No pressure. Ed is so knowledgeable, caring and smart .The experience with him feels like having a nice dinner with a glass of wine. I always want him no one else. took my car to hyundai over my key was not working.. george the shop former sent a clip to my iphone of him taking my key apart and pointing to teh part of the circuit board that shorted out..... he said water damage NOT warranty.... not happy to fork over 400 clams for the key but the explaination was CLEAR and transpirant.... not alotof mechanic shops have a george these days im coming back for more work.... i want only him working on my truck

Hudson Hyundai service Dept is great. Courteous, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my ‘22 Elantra right off the truck, from Julian Salazar in March of’22. Scarlett red. Unfortunately 6 months in horn stopped working. Over the next 3 years it stopped working for a total of 4 times the latest yesterday 3/20. Called service and went in this morning. I’m not mad at Hudson just Hyundai bcz this is a known issue for all models. Not every Hyundai has the defect but enough that Hyumdsi knows about it. Rosa and Jonathan in the service dept are great! They took very good care of me and my car. And Jonathan let me know Hyundsi is now replacing these defective horns with a vertical horn assembly which should stop the rain from getting into the horizontal one. So next and there will be a next time, the horn goes I can have the new assembly installed. For now I hot the old horizontal bcz they didn’t have new in stock. I waited while it was repaired by the mechanics. Yay my horn works again! Thank you. John,, Rosa and mechanics. Job well done.l Regards Kathleen Ferraro

Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.

Yesterday my car had an appointment for a Coolant Flush, in accordance with my mileage maintenance schedule. I waited for my car, as I typically do. Tammy was my service rep and she was great. I really appreciate that they never try to “sell” me something my car doesn’t need, or doesn’t need yet. They performed a multi-point inspection, which revealed a couple of items that need to be addressed, Tammy assured me that they were not urgent and could wait until my next service appointment. Everyone is professional, but really nice. Waiting area is always clean and inviting. When it was time to “check out” the ladies were lovely. It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Hyundai of Turnersville.

My Sales Person, Daniel Lizarazo, was awesome. This was my first purchase of a Hyundai. I previously had a Jeep and a Volkswagen, but this Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is a game-changer. So, back to Daniel, he worked with me on my trade-in and got me a good price for my fairly new used car. He was very respectful and understanding of what I wanted to pay for the car. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by Liberty Hyundai and ask for Daniel. Also, the manager Dilon was respectful and understanding. Lastly, Pino, the financial part of my new vehicle was also nice and got me the price I wanted to pay every month. P.S. hope the owner of Liberty Hyundai is not upset that I brought his ride 😂. I also hope that he praises Daniel because he deserves it. After all, it is hard to find excellent and quality workers these days.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maxon Hyundai regarding both my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle and the financing process. The car had serious brake issues with 18,000 miles—suggesting it didn’t truly undergo the promised 150-point inspection. The dealership resurfaced the warped rotors instead of replacing them, which is unacceptable for a CPO vehicle. I also received only one key and had to go through a frustrating process to get the second, with poor communication throughout. Financing was another issue—what was agreed upon (5.99% for 60 months with $4,000 down) was not what appeared in the final paperwork, and I regret trusting the dealership to honor our agreement. On top of that, I was given misleading info about needing to wait three months for a payoff letter, which turned out to be false. I can’t help but feel this advice was financially motivated, not in my best interest. Overall, I question the integrity of this dealership and would not recommend buying a CPO vehicle or financing through them. Still waiting for a resolution and it has been over a month since my purchase. My temp plates expired and still have not received registration.

Our family was unexpectedly in the market for a car within days of the New Year after a car accident totaled our beloved SUV. While the accident certainly was unlucky, we were so lucky to be connected with Shawn who worked with us to find the Kona at the right price! Shawn was on it from the start and within 24 hours we were driving away with our new Kona! We decided to go look at the new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon on - Igor S.

We decided to go look at the new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon on the last day of the year (12-31-24) to possibly upgrade my Wife's 2020 Tuscon (53,000 miles) which has been a great reliable SUV with no major issues/expenses other than regular maintenance or wear & tear item replacement. Our plan was to go back to the Dealership who sold us our 2020, but we also included Franklin Sussex Hyundai which was closer to us. We were going to try Franklin Sussex Hyundai in 2020 but they had sold the Tuscon we wanted and had to go to the Dealership further out. Upon arriving at Franklin Sussex Hyundai, Alex (Sales Manager) dropped what he was doing to assist us and confirm the vehicle (Color Combination) was still 'In Stock'. Then, he immediately searched for an available Salesman (Solomon Deguzman) for us to go over some numbers. I've purchased many new vehicles throughout my lifetime and this is where the process often gets grueling! However, I found Solomon to be extremely pleasant from the get go which made the negotiation process very comforting while listening to our needs. I never felt pressured by him, which was huge for me due to my low threshold for patience at times like these. Solomon stayed good natured while going back & forth to present our numbers to Alex. We were able to come to a final deal without the grind a Buyer would often find with other Dealerships. This was truly one of my best experiences negotiating a new car purchase. Even, Brentt in Financing was very helpful to get us in and out. Solomon is also tech savvy with great knowledge of the vehicle itself and went out of his way to explain the nuances of the Tuscon. To make your experience as wonderful as ours was, I highly recommend you call ahead to request Solomon Deguzman (in forefront of photo) assist you with your purchase. Kudos to all the friendly people at Franklin Sussex Hyundai to get my Wife into her new vehicle!!! I'm adding an additional 5 stars *****!!!

Regarding the service dept, I would stay away from the service advisor named Domenic, who lied to me to try to get me to not pursue warranty work, and also physically intimidated me. Very scary stuff.
