Great staff. No pressure sales team. John Desalvo went above and beyond, even staying late to make sure we got the car that we wanted. I also had my Sonata in the same day. I ended up trading it in on the new one. Eric Koval did a great job, as always, explaining what it needed. The Service staff is always honest about their recommendations, without any pressure.

Everyone I've associated with there are top notch from sales, parts and service. I wish I could have bought my vehicle there, but at least they are there for service.

My water pump had died, and I called up VW Serice and Jose confirmed that it was under warranty. I had it towed, and Jose took it into the garage. Completed the task in 1 day.
