Antoun Ibrahim far met my expectations. - Pamelapoz
Antoun Ibrahim far met my expectations. I needed a very hands on, super supportive and patient salesman to hand-hold me through the process of very quickly purchasing a very good and reliable vehicle. He was fair, showed me options, highly communicative and understanding of my personal needs and situation and did not ever push for a sale. He clearly knows his business. I felt genuine understanding to get me what I needed. In addition, he personally assisted me on all detailed steps, acquiring insurance, warranties and so on and explained things slowly and clearly enough for someone so new to this arena as me. With his assistant Renee Hark, also super super helpful, clear and informative, and SUPER friendly. They walked me through each step, feature and fielded my abundant questions and concerns. Importantly, Antoine has somehow solicited my strong confidence in him, in the team, in Lia Honda and hopefully to continue relying on them for any and all future needs. This is very much what I personally need in my situation, and I know I am highly thorough in my questions. Antoun gave the extra mile in short, spent a HUGE amount of time with me, which I required....with a smile. As he sold a Honda to my Mom a few years back (who was with me during my purchase), and also to my beloved Dad years back, he is nearly a family go-to now and knows us all well. That extra familiarity and warmth was surely evident and eased my stress while building trust for the long run. The next steps will be regular servicing and so on, and I remain optimistic on this continued support. A HUGE thank you and kudos!! To mention: the ONLY reason I rated dealership as good and not excellent: I had been living overseas and the website for Lia Honda is NOT accessible (Italy). I phone over twice and talked with a " dealer" who was quite unkind, impatient, in fact, plain rude. I was upset by this and I advise you to inform your staff to take each call as a potential client, which I told this man.....that was negative experience. I told Antoun of this.
