This is our second car purchase from EchoPark and it has been is general a positive experience. For some reason, purchasing a car always takes a lot longer than one would expect, but I've received similar long purchasing times from other dealers, so no worse than average. The people are great and Christy was very helpful and customer focused. The relatively new addition of a mandatory charge for Appearance Protection was extremely annoying. That should be much more prevalent on the website or added to the List price so it is more clear. Other than the lengthy buy process and the surprise related to appearance coverage, the process and experience was positive.
Last comment, I know you aim to keep prices low and that is very much appreciated, but charging $2.50 for a vendor bottle of water seems a bit much when purchasing a $30k vehicle. If cost is the issue, maybe try the vending machines from Costco that have bottled water for 50 cents... Just a thought.
