I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

I scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.

This is our second car purchase from EchoPark and it has been is general a positive experience. For some reason, purchasing a car always takes a lot longer than one would expect, but I've received similar long purchasing times from other dealers, so no worse than average. The people are great and Christy was very helpful and customer focused. The relatively new addition of a mandatory charge for Appearance Protection was extremely annoying. That should be much more prevalent on the website or added to the List price so it is more clear. Other than the lengthy buy process and the surprise related to appearance coverage, the process and experience was positive. Last comment, I know you aim to keep prices low and that is very much appreciated, but charging $2.50 for a vendor bottle of water seems a bit much when purchasing a $30k vehicle. If cost is the issue, maybe try the vending machines from Costco that have bottled water for 50 cents... Just a thought.

Listened to what I was saying while she was doing other things, but never made me feel like she was not listening or understanding. Hopefully this resolved the issue with my vehicle. Can’t say the same about your car salesmen/women: Suggestion: I was at the lot for 2 hrs I have been contemplating trading in my 2020 Pilot for a 2026 Passport. I even checked out the orange one in the showroom and the black one outside on the lot. No one approached me!! To be honest I probably would have been easy to convince!! Someone sent me a text later on but I had already changed my mind.
