We found the exact match at a dealership in New York and Angel C and John S worked really hard to get it for me. When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Best buying experience I've ever had. They sell a lot of pre-owned Teslas, and they seem to know the rebates for them better than anyone else. The showroom is gorgeous and clean, and I felt really cared about while I was there. I chose a Model Y. It was used, but it smelled nice and was super clean. They showed me how to charge it properly and went over all the features it has with me. I was able to test drive and the entire process was really smooth. They've always been super responsive and kind when I've reached out. After my first week of owning a Tesla, I had a tire Issue. Scott helped me get it fixed in 1 day, no waiting - it was just done. I'm going to get all my service for both of our vehicles from them now, and I'll be giving them a shot at our next purchase as well.
