This was our second time making a purchase from Akron Canton Lexus . We were so fortunate to have had Shelley Turpin help us purchase both of our vehicles . This dealership is so lucky to have her . She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with both experiences. I will not deal with anyone but her from now on. She was so enthusiastic and so helpful from start to finish. She has followed up with us on our first and second purchases. I have been able to reach out with her to ask the silliest questions and she has responded right away . She was instrumental in us finding this amazing car ! She literally videotaped the car and sent it to us the day it came in and we were there the next day to buy it. The service at this dealership is second to none . Everyone has been so kind to us and always are when we come in for service . We will continue to do business with this dealership and with Shelley! 10/10

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.
