Raphael's service was excellent. Problem came with initial contact after Raphael. Too aggressive and we were totally turned off by his approach. Extremely over priced & doesn't communicate cost effectively. Went in for a free upgrade had to pay $365.00 for diagnostic & two air filters. The diagnostic alone was $200. I will not be returning to the dealership for anything. Ive always defended Kia in the past to others but after this last visit. I no longer have confidence in Coastal Kia. More
