This is the only dealership after searching for a week through the whirlwind of dealerships that made my car buying experience actually pleasant. Definitely ask for Kathryn if you are considering a used car with this dealership. Yoy will not be disappointed. Gene Hoffman sent me a text (rather than even the courtesy of a call) with the unethical reversal and indicated that Sales Director Mark Valcich sold the vehicle, despite having agreed to hold it (per Gene) the night before.
