Wait time is ridiculous when I have made an appointment. Took me 3 weeks to get an inspection. I had a 2:30 appointment. Got there at 2:15 and my car was not ready until 4:15. Before this I had an appointment for an oil change which took 3 hours!! I understand things happen but my time is just as important. Would you wait in a doctors office that long??
