I was somewhat pleased with this dealership, but not entirely. There were many issues with regard to operating this new vehicle that were left unexplained. But at least I have a phone number to call w entirely. There were many issues with regard to operating this new vehicle that were left unexplained. But at least I have a phone number to call with questions. The biggest problem was this. There was a terrible mix up in registering with the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles (DMV). I was not informed that I would need to contact my insurance company before the dealer's rep could speak to them about transferring my insurance policy in order to complete the DMV registration. I received a vague call from the salesman that there was a problem. But this call was made on a Saturday, when my insurance company is closed. This was also the day before my appointment to pick up my new Toyota. Even though I asked, I was given no satisfactory explanation as to why I was not told to phone my insurance company to allow the dealership to complete the DMV registration. The dealership had plenty of time to tell me to call, since I gave them a $500 deposit one and 1/2 months prior to the day they tried to complete the DMV registration. It would have been nice to receive my new Toyota without a hassle. Especially because I did not finance. I paid in full on the delivery date. More
