I called the dealership about six times and no one returned my call. Apperantly the person answering the phone has no idea that the agent she put me through was off. She would not all me to speak to a returned my call. Apperantly the person answering the phone has no idea that the agent she put me through was off. She would not all me to speak to a technician or get another agent to intervene.I got up early and drove to the dealership where I met my agent who then took care of the problem. I was also charged for my 25000 service …I was told was too late.my car service reminder told me it was time.I brought in right at 25000 miles..You need to get responsible people handling calls for service..Your dealership was a disappointment.Pleas look into the 25000 mishap charge.
