Last month Battery died. Service rep advised battery under warranty; no charge. When I went in was I was told no record of buying battery. After an argument was told it was miscoded and I was charged $83.00. Then I went in this month for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I had to pay for tire rotation. I have a service contract where this is included. Rep said no and I had to speak to manager which I did. He advised I did have free rotation. Why are the reps trying to rip me off??? I am a loyal customer. Only bring my car to dealership for service. This is how a loyal customer is treated?? Not anymore. I will not do business with Toyota. More
