Recommended service not needed. I took my car in for an oil change ($52.95) and was told that I should also have the transmission flushed ($218.79.. Since I was there I mentioned that many times I put my SUV in park and at times it would beep and tell me to place in park. I was told the transmission control needed to be replaced ($559.99). I was also told that my front brakes were in need of being replaced and given a photo showing extreme wear. I asked for an estimate of the front brakes (pads & rotors) and was told $649.00 plus tax. Now I became suspicious of all the work and told the manager I would come back the following week. I then began getting emails urging me to make an appointment to replace the brakes. The following week I took my car to 2 brake service stations and was told I didn't need replacement at that time. I then went to another car dealership where I had purchased a car in the past. I was told that my brake pads still had between 25 to 33% use and the rotors were like new. I was brought out into the shop and shown the actual pads and rotors. I decided to have the pads replaced since my car was up on the lift. My expense was $269.50 plus tax! The trust I had after buying my SUV from you is completely gone. I wonder how a dealership can do business like this and stay in business. More
I believe your service department is top notch. Any time I or my family has an issue or concern with our vehicles we bring them to DeNooyer and everything is addressed and we never have any complaints.
