For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Recommended service not needed. I took my car in for an oil change ($52.95) and was told that I should also have the transmission flushed ($218.79.. Since I was there I mentioned tha I took my car in for an oil change ($52.95) and was told that I should also have the transmission flushed ($218.79.. Since I was there I mentioned that many times I put my SUV in park and at times it would beep and tell me to place in park. I was told the transmission control needed to be replaced ($559.99). I was also told that my front brakes were in need of being replaced and given a photo showing extreme wear. I asked for an estimate of the front brakes (pads & rotors) and was told $649.00 plus tax. Now I became suspicious of all the work and told the manager I would come back the following week. I then began getting emails urging me to make an appointment to replace the brakes. The following week I took my car to 2 brake service stations and was told I didn't need replacement at that time. I then went to another car dealership where I had purchased a car in the past. I was told that my brake pads still had between 25 to 33% use and the rotors were like new. I was brought out into the shop and shown the actual pads and rotors. I decided to have the pads replaced since my car was up on the lift. My expense was $269.50 plus tax! The trust I had after buying my SUV from you is completely gone. I wonder how a dealership can do business like this and stay in business. More

I believe your service department is top notch. Any time I or my family has an issue or concern with our vehicles we bring them to DeNooyer and everything is addressed and we never have any complaints.
