Upon arrival sales manager, David, and Tom had done some research on the item and were able to explain pros and cons which made it an easy decision. Both went the extra mile - most sales personnel I have dealt with would not have done this. Would definitely recommend this dealership !!! More

After the drive and some negotiating on trade value we reached a deal. From that point on the process was very professional. I can't say enough about the staff, especially Jazer Segura who carries the business card title of "BMW Genius". Without his skill in navigating thru the features and settings of the expansive electronics, I would have been months self-learning them. I highly recommend the Ferman dealership!
