Generally pleased with work, but not cleanliness. The mechanic left greasy hand prints on outside door handles, inside door handles, the glove compartment, the cloth of the passenger front seat. I have yet to get it cleaned off, and felt that it was not at all professional. I saw the grease on the door handles while on the lot, but did not pay attention to the rest until I got home. By then, it was after service hours. I do not know the name of the mechanic, but would encourage him to wash his hands before entering the car. More

This dealer doesn't care about the people. Only the cars they push. Now time to talk about my sales men. The first 2 cars i was shown were beat up and had damage and i was told these were the only options i had to choose from. Well when i told him i wasn't buying and i wanted to leave they popped up and started pointing me to other new cars to distract me. When i demanded they either put me in the car i wanted or i was leaving, magically they gave me the car i was looking for after 2 days. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! these guys will run your credit at least 20 times without you even knowing if you don't have notifications for them on. More

Was told I had one free service left in Dec 2019 that I had to use by July. Called to make my appointment and confirmed I had a free service left. When I got there I was told it expired in April. Everythin had to use by July. Called to make my appointment and confirmed I had a free service left. When I got there I was told it expired in April. Everything was closed and in quarantine in March, April, and May. It took more than two hours for my service. More
