I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Golf Mill Ford. On the 14th of March 2023, I arrived at the dealership for an appointment with a sales dissatisfaction with the service I received at Golf Mill Ford. On the 14th of March 2023, I arrived at the dealership for an appointment with a salesperson. However, a different salesman approached me, whom I did not catch his name, insisted that he could take care of me. I sat down and explained to him that I had an appointment for a Ford F150 that was advertised on Carfax. After typing my name and address on his computer, he immediately informed me that the vehicle was no longer available. I then requested to speak with the Sales Manager that originally contacted me, but instead, the salesman brought a manager who told me that the Ford was sold an hour ago, without either of them even checking for the car and verifying. It was very clear to me that this was a bait and switch tactic, which is unacceptable. This experience was a serious waste of my time. It is very disappointing that this dealership would resort to such unethical business practices. Furthermore, I was also disappointed that the salesman did not inform the salesman with whom I had the appointment, about my arrival. It is alarming that the salespeople in this dealership seem to be cutthroat and steal each other's clients. If they are deceiving their own coworkers, then they are certainly deceiving clients. I personally do not care for a response to this complaint, but I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. If this is the kind of service that this dealership provides, I am afraid I will have to take my business elsewhere. More
