My service advisor is Melissa Toole, she has been great to work with. The service team at Jim Eliis has done good work on my cars at a fair price. Over the years any issues they have addressed was repaire to work with. The service team at Jim Eliis has done good work on my cars at a fair price. The service here is not what it used to be. I made an appointment and still took over 2 hours to get oil changed and tires rotated. That seems a little ridiculous to take extra time anyway.
