Your service man that helped me was awesome and checked for everything that I ask him to look for. When my truck was ready another service rep step in for my first one to keep me from unnecessarily waiting for everything that I ask him to look for. When my truck was ready another service rep step in for my first one to keep me from unnecessarily waiting do to the first one being in the.middle of something by the time I got back to the service area. Hope they have same dealer customer relations that previous owners projected and or I observed. Since no other area is available I want to state a complaint. While waiting a photographer was taking nu previous owners projected and or I observed. Since no other area is available I want to state a complaint. While waiting a photographer was taking numerous photographs of an automobile in the waiting area often I think were duplicates. He kept moving the furniture around that one associate questioned if a hurricane came through. This should have been done during off hours. If these were to be perfect pictures he should have had the TV turned off and not have glare on car. I’m sure others thought this was disruptive. When paying for service I mentioned this and she agreed and would follow up to someone in charge. More

My service guy didn't seem to have any care for me or my Bronco. He made me feel like I was a problem. He always interrupted me and ended our conversation. I was just about to show him the seat belt a Bronco. He made me feel like I was a problem. He always interrupted me and ended our conversation. I was just about to show him the seat belt and how it didn't retract, his words were "there all like that". He didn't even look at the belt. I know that the cost for what I had done was not even 15min of work. One of his best comments was "what do you expect, your at the dealership ". More
