Everyone that we dealt with was extremely friendly and personable. Making a large purchase, intermingled with a trade-in of undetermined value creates a stress for the buyer, and its not that easy to deal personable. However Tommy in sales and Matt (manager) were patient and understanding as we reviewed the numbers. at the end of the day, we purchased the car that we wanted and they got the numbers that they needed, so it really was a win-win.
