Bought a used pickup truck from a dealer so I could get the warranty that generally is part of the transaction. I have a problem with a vibration the day I left the dealership. I called Lithia multiple t the warranty that generally is part of the transaction. I have a problem with a vibration the day I left the dealership. I called Lithia multiple times and got no response. I drove 90 minutes to get some assistance and finally arranged for an appointment 3 weeks out. They agreed to fix the problem. Driving home it was obvious nothing was fixed. Again many calls and no response. Again I drove 90 minutes to get a second appointment. By now my warranty was almost ready to expire. Made an appointment for a few weeks out. I was told they made the repairs and test drove without vibration. Nothing was done. My gps indicated the truck never left the dealership. No returned calls again. Drove 90 minutes back just to be told the warranty expired. Service manager gott up and walked out of the room leaving me just sitting there. Horrible experience dealing with Lithia. More

Awful customer service, pushy behavior, didn’t even give the car with gas, it needed a service check because the need service light was on, had no floor mats, only one key, they did not care about us one bi the car with gas, it needed a service check because the need service light was on, had no floor mats, only one key, they did not care about us one bit. The negotiation process was awful. We were there for 6 hours even after picking a car within 30 min. Tried to raise our interest rate because we didn’t want thousands of dollars in extra warranties when the car already came with a warranty. Overall awful! They also ran my credit 7 times and shot my credit score down. They also wrote my name as my middle name in the credit application and caused a bunch of issues in my credit report. More
