I went into this thinking it would probably be the same experience of being drug around told false truths and never hear from them again after driving off the lot. It's been anything but that, vehicle came due for maintenance about two weeks after purchase. They included a couple of free service packages but I'm an hour 30 one way and for me it's just not worth the trip out there. I applaud them for offering this as most don't, since I didn't want to make the trip due to time constraints and work. They told me to have it serviced at a local dealership in Wichita and send them the invoice. They have kept their word on everything which is rare to find anymore. The hype around this dealership is real, they have tons of inventory to offer and they keep true to their word. Give Tyler Chilson a call and take the trip out there it's worth your time. Darik was a pleasure to work with on our 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak. Over a year ago, I saw a forum on the internet where people were speaking highly about a dealership named Long McArthur and how a gentleman named Tim Bartz would jump onto the forum and explain things i people were speaking highly about a dealership named Long McArthur and how a gentleman named Tim Bartz would jump onto the forum and explain things in detail. I ended up following Tim and joined his Long McArthur live stream membership. I also had the opportunity to meet Tim in Las Vegas and spend some time learning about him, his family, and Long McArthur. Fast forwarding, Kyle Davis was my salesman. Kyle is someone that I've learned to be highly devoted to his customers. After I placed my Maverick order, Kyle reached out to me close to 11pm just to make sure everything was correct on the order sheet before it was entered into the system. Has anyone met a salesman that does that? I'll tell you that I'm from the Dallas, TX area and have never met a salesman like that. Kyle worked with me from the beginning of the order until the day I've received my Maverick. Niles Gridley is another person I would like to give kudos to. Niles worked with me on PPF, window tint, and spray-in bedliner. Niles was rapidly responsive in my multiple emails with questions and concerns.
