I only received the partial package when I bought my new SUV and didn’t know there were more mats I should have had until that recall on 2019 RAV4’s took place and I had to drive a “loaner” Rav4 2021. Goes to show that I had a crappy salesman. I wish I could remember his name but I knew at the time, he wasn’t looking out for my best interest. I certainly haven’t referred people to Folsom Toyota after experiencing what I’ve endured with trusting Folsom Toyota with my purchase. More
