I had a car accident in 2016 and had to replace my car. I wish I had not purchased from this dealership. I got the service package (don't let them strong arm you into that) and I hate it. It is a nightmare of a wait every time and part of the package was a carwash with service. There is always an excuse that they cannot do it. First it was the drought. When that was over the carwash was broken. It has been broken for years. Hate this place. The service team member that I worked with was nice. More
I came in on one of the busiest days of the year due to the State Holiday. Outstanding service department. I bought my 2015 camry hybrid new at Maita and have brought it in every 5,000 miles for checkups and now have 80,000 miles.
