Was told my appointment would take 1 hour, ended up taking 3 hours. Why would they schedule so many cars at the same time that the service lane was backed up to the road? Imagine how the poor techs w taking 3 hours. Why would they schedule so many cars at the same time that the service lane was backed up to the road? Imagine how the poor techs were treated and rushed. I was told to return and my car would be ready, it took 30 more minutes after arrival. Then, my keys were lost. It took 5 staff members, including mechanics, 20 minute to find my keys. Awful unprofessional experience with very little apologies. More

I did not anticipate getting my service done in less than an hour. I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday after scheduling an online appointment.
