I love this dealership and am willing to drive an hour, one-way, to use their service department but I had my first less than stellar experience. I told my service person that I needed to be driving out at a certain time or I would be late at picking up my severely autistic children from school. I checked in several times with him to verify I could leave on time and he kept saying it would be fine. Needless to say, I did not get out on time and was late picking up my kids which is a big deal because of their special needs. I really wish he had just let me have a loaner car so I could have been ontime picking them up. I tried to explain how urgently important timeliness was for me because of my kids' situation but I don't think he understood and he certainly did not seem to take my high anxiety levels about the timeliness serious. Fairly disappointed. More
