We handled almost the entire process remotely, and within about 12 hours everything was done and the car was delivered right to our house. It really felt like true white-glove service. What impressed me most was that Alex didn’t just drop the car off and leave. He spent over an hour with me going through all of the features, helping me get everything set up, and showing me how to use all of the technology in the IQ. There is a lot to learn on this vehicle, so I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. He was also just a genuinely nice guy, very patient, easy to talk to, and never made us feel pressured. Sam, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He worked really hard to get us the best deal and rate possible and was able to get us where we needed to be on our trade-in, which was a big part of making the deal work for us. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free from beginning to end. Great communication, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and having the car delivered directly to our home made it even better. I would absolutely recommend Alex Joya and Sam to anyone looking for a Cadillac. They truly went above and beyond for us. More
