Bought a 2018 F150 XLT. The thing is a lemon. Door won’t stay shut. The chime that reminds you the key is in ignition continues to chime after turning the car off, (leaving the lights on and won’t let me lo stay shut. This vehicle has been a headache. Tried calling the service department- the automated answering service won’t let me leave a message with the service department. Tried leaving a message with another department and I can’t get a call back from them. Trying social media since they aren’t responsive otherwise. More

Richie was amazing. He went above and beyond for me and worked even on his day off to meet my needs. I went in with certain requirements and he made sure all were met. I highly recommend him.
