In my opinion, my finance person did everything he could to put his interests above that of mine, the buyer. I was very clear I wanted to finance the car for only 36 months. Finance told me the banks they use will only finance for 48 months. It was only after I said I was leaving without purchasing the car that I was offered Lexus financing for 36 months, and a lower interest rate. Why finance did not start with Lexus finance when it was very clear I wanted 36 months is disappointing. More
