Barely OK I have been here before for oil change service. This time, however, I have become handicapped. I am sure this was apparent in the length of time it to I have been here before for oil change service. This time, however, I have become handicapped. I am sure this was apparent in the length of time it took me to get out of my car, the extreme slowness of my walking, and the Handicapped placard in my car. When my car was done I went out to get in. I had to walk across the drive in lane, get up the curb, go across the rocks, uphill, get to my car and walk across a solid sheet of ice from the front of my car to the drivers door, and finally get in. It would have been greatly appreciated if my car had been parked more conveniently. I think it would be a good idea if your people pay more attention to customers needs. There was also apparently oil spilled during the change. The car has smelled like burnt oil since then and there has been oil dripping on the floor of my garage. More

Not only did they provide me with a beautiful loa I recently had all 4 brakes on my Ford F150 truck replaced by the techs at Phil Long Ford in Denver. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful loaner car so I could do errands while I waited, they completed the brake job in less than 3 hours, which from my experience with dealers in the past, was excellent!
