My husband and I both own a Subaru and so so our 3 daughters. After losing my current Subaru to an unfortunate car accident, i was surely in the market for another Subaru and Subaru of Jacksonville wa daughters. From the first contact I was greeted with such friendliness. Savannah, from customer service, quickly returned my email submission with a pleasant conversation which answered many of my questions. Our conversation led me to drive 1 hour to see some used and new vehicles. Savannah set me up with Mark which led to an amazing car buying experience-No pressure and honest pricing and a genuine salesman that stayed past closing time to show me everything in my first BRAND NEW Subaru Crosstrek! We initially came into the Subaru dealership to look at some models. We found a couple of used ones but wanted to think about it. When we decided to maybe go for the used one we found out that a brand new some models. We found a couple of used ones but wanted to think about it. When we decided to maybe go for the used one we found out that a brand new one would be just about the same price. Kimberly was so nice and helped us through the entire process of ordering the new car. Once the car came, the buying process was efficient and she explained everything about the car and how to use all the new tech. Everyone was really nice and we had the best customer service! The best dealership we have ever shopped at and definitely recommend this dealership for your next Subaru! More
