Dealership was friendly and transparent. They did not apply any "dealership adjustments" like some other dealerships I spoke to. I worked with Vinnie who was superb. When I put a deposit on my Grand Highlander he would check in with me a few times a week to keep me in the loop on timing and process. Many people dread going to a dealership because of the stereotype of a car salesman, but Vinnie and Naperville Toyota were not like that at all and actually made it a pleasent experience. They did not pressure me for anything and when I had questions they responded quickly and gave accurate information which gave me confidence that i was working with professionals. Highly recommend Vinnie and Naperville Toyota. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. More
