Cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Hyundai Montgomery. Baylor Cannon greeted us as we arrived. We told him our interest in a 2026 SantaFe, as I had totaled my Kia in an accident. We had test driven one previously at an out of town dealership, so we looked at different options and decided on one. Jim, Sales Manager, came over and listened to our needs, and was able to meet them!!! Before I knew it, I had a BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW 26 SANTA FE, with a Bright Red Bow on it!!! From start to finish EVERYONE was polite, professional and willing to make us happy!! Had to return a couple weeks later for new key fob and Nick in the Service department took care of it and was very polite and professional as well. The service waiting area is very welcoming The atmosphere is friendly and you see the employees working together. There is no tension among them that was felt as it can be at some dealerships because of competition. I have a.ready recommended to friends. Thank you all so much!! We LOVE OUR HYUNDAI!!

Everybody treated me perfectly, gave me a vice to go by the only person that had an issue was the finance person he needs to go back to customer service school and not look into peoples pockets cause he don’t know what people are facing pushing items being a little pushy and then not explaining the Finance company just pushing it through. I’m a former insurance agent. I explained everything to my customers, and I wasn’t going fast enough to sign the papers considering my last card deal. I had a lot of concerns and I wanted to look over the paperwork very carefully, but this was all addressed with the general manager of this location, but everybody else I give them infinity and stars for customer service service help and efficiency except for the Finance person that handled my deal. This is my fifth Hyundai I have completed over 20 finances on cars and never met somebody so condescending, rude and obnoxious Jessica Lawrence

He worked so hard to help me to get a car that I decided to return back to do a trade. He assist me in trading a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. He was very nice, kind, professional , he took his time with me and made sure that I was within my budget. I left the dealership in my new Hyundai Tucson.

William Strong II was super through entire process. Bought a 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid through William. Worked with us on the pricing and financing options and described them so I could understand. And he knows every little detail about the 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid and spent a LOT of time showing us all the features. Really appreciate William’s attention and effort. We went looking for a good used car for Mom (87 yoa). Jason Bodden, aka Mr. Miami, was very knowledgeable about the used vehicles on the lot and swiftly matched her with a Buick that was a trade-in. Jason spent the better part of the morning going over every detail, all the safety features, all the bells and whistles, everything she needed to know before the purchase was finalized. I've bought several new, and used cars over the years from different dealerships, including a different Hyundai fealership, but this was by far the absolute best experience I've ever had buying a car. Four women making a decision on a car that quickly is mostly unheard of, but Jason went above and beyond to help us decide. A week later and she is thrilled with her "new-to-her" car. Thank you Jason, for everything you did for us. 😊

I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this service department. After paying for my vehicle in full, the service advisor attempted to force me to sign paperwork. When I refused, they threatened to hold my car hostage—explicitly telling me I would not get my keys back despite having already paid. Instead of trying to understand my perspective or handle the situation professionally, an older gentleman stepped in and doubled down on the intimidation, trying to force me to sign and repeating that I wouldn't get my car. The only reason I am giving this experience any stars at all is because of a gentleman who finally walked over, assessed the situation, and rightly told the staff to "give the man his car." Paying customers should never be bullied, pressured, or threatened with the withholding of their property over a paperwork dispute. This department desperately needs a lesson in conflict resolution and basic customer service. I will not be returning.

My husband and I stopped by the Hyundai dealership in Jasper looking for a pre owned vehicle. Brett Godsey met us on the lot and showed us several very nice vehicles but they weren’t exactly what we were looking to buy. He took us over to Jasper Honda and we found the perfect car. Brett spent many hours working to find us the right car. All the people at the Hyundai dealership were very nice.
