They did their best to work a deal on a new car. But that was unable to happen. Randy said they had a Ford Explorer on the lot that may work for my wife and my needs. I test drove it and he was right. So we bought the 2022 Ford Explorer. Will buy my next car from Randy soon.

I'd given team and the dealership there ( a negative rating if possible since I spent a 2-hour round trip to go there. I had explained in multiple chats with multiple representatives (Josh, Alyson, Miles, etc.)tons of details on what I was trying to accomplish including let me do everything possible electroically so you can confirm before indrivve over. All said "sure" can work with you on that. Got there.....and "oh we can't do that." I have dealt with bait/switch before but this was ridiculous.Don't waste your time.
