Mr. Tim Lee and Mr. Mike Booth could not have been more helpful in this new car purchase. From meeting me at the door through the entire process till I drove off the lot. Mike could not have been more helpful from his first introduction to the final signing and lesson 101 on my new Tucson. I feel like Mike took a one on one interest in my effort from start to finish with my new purchase. He went out of his way to stay late the day of purchase to make sure I was confident in my decision, that meant a lot since I was so sorry causing this delay. He has since called to check on me and my new Tucson and seemed to really care about me and my decision. Although car dealers may have a bad rep this man truly proves that wrong! Palmer's Hyundai truly has shown me that new car buying does not have to be so stressful. This will be my dealer and dealership of choice to everyone I know. Guess you could say I am SOLD!

Mr. Nobody should be.....Mr.Nobody if you don't owe anything on your trade and have perfect credit. That is probably it, they just shorten it to Mr. Nobody...yeah, that's it. Simple note to buyers: invoice pricing??? Not hardly. Nobody else can make you a reasonable deal...not even close. Told the salesman payment and down payment ceiling - yes, I said please don't bring some insane deal to me. Deal that came back was about 175% of the payment I could afford and the down payment went from the $500 I told him to $5K.....yes 10 times what I told him. Not even close to what I could afford. Mr. Nobody should be for customer care or add some fine print to Mr. Nobody. Can't tell you staff names, because after such a nauseating attem]t to sell a car, I don't even remember who they were.

My wife and I were in the market for a reliable inexpensive used car for our teenagers to drive. My wife found a 2012 Jeep Liberty at Capitol Hyundai. It was exactly what we were looking for. We purchased it under "As Is". After a couple of weeks it was apparent that the car had some mechanical issues. Understanding that we assumed all the possible issues when we purchased it, I still went back to the Capitol Hyundai and explained the situation. They were very nice and I got a sense that the people I was talking to were really listening to me. They understood, being parents themselves the problem of putting a teenage driver in an unreliable vehicle. I was blown away when they took the time to search for a vehicle that we could trade for and would be in our price range. We are not talking about a 30 thousand dollar car. This did not matter to the management and employees there. They treated us like we were purchasing that brand new vehicle. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I will be forever grateful for their professionalism and caring they showed me and my family. My experience there was a true blessing.

Peeling paint - Mr. Disapointed
What’s the story with the peeling paint on my Sonata? I went dealership and the acted like they’d never seen that problem and completely ignored me , I went on line and out there is a class action lawsuit against Hyundai. These operate in bad faith. I’m diapointed.

Avoid run far away! Started having car trouble took my car to the university of Hyundai Tuscumbia they told me something was going on with the engine I paid them $2,088 to fix it only for it to run not even an hour long story short next I find out it’s the motor so they put me in the a rental car never told me my insurance was paying for 10 days or I would’ve returned the car so now they want me to go half with them on rental fees totaling $600 not to mention I found out about the rental fee like two days before my part comes in they should be responsible for the fees because that should have been explained to me that my insurance was only paying 10 days the first day you don’t let somebody drive a car a whole month without letting them know anything and when you do it’s two days before the part comes in.
