It’s time for my vehicle’s oil change again, but I’m hesitant about taking it to Hyundai of Dothan. The last 2 times I took my Palisade to them, I had to wait 4 hours! (I always make an appointment prior to taking it to them) Nobody came to the waiting room to let me know when they finished; I was tired of waiting so long, so I walked into the service department to check on it myself and was told it was ready to go and my keys were in my Palisade. Pleaseee keep your customers informed so they don’t have to wait for such a long time!

A few weeks ago, we decided we needed to trade our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer model. We drove to the "Hyundai of the Shoals", and we were greeted by a salesperson named Samantha (Sam). Sam asked us what we might be interested in. We told her we would like to upgrade our Santa Fe to a newer model. The car's exterior looked great, but with our two dogs, the interior felt a little tight, so we had her roll out a Palisade. Of course, we had several questions regarding mileage, serviceability, options, and cost. She was exceptional at answering all our questions. Hyundai did their "due diligence" and came up with a fair price for our trade-in. Cody, their Finance Manager, was our next step, and in the 50+ years I have purchased cars, he was outstanding in presenting our financial obligations. So, if you are looking to purchase a new or used car, your first call should be to Hyundai of the Shoals. A real class act.
