I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it.
