He was patient, friendly, engaging, and trustworthy. Prior to coming to Subaru Scottsdale I had already was 95% set to buy a Grand Highlander. A few things changed my mind. Consumer Reports ranked Subaru number one, the quality, styling, and drivability of the car, and the contrast with the sales experience I had experienced at Toyota. I left Subaru with a new Ascent.
