the service was good but unfortunately there was a glitch with the settings following the check up and we had to return the next day to have all of the flashing lights and indicators fixed. That was extremely frustrating and another hour of our time. However, the actual service center was helpful and fixed all the problems they created.

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!
