Dario asked me when I walked in what I was here for? I gave him my name and appointment time. He looked it up and said what can we do for you? Hello what does my appointment say? Routine service, oil change, check levels, etc. He then starts saying we can do this for this price or we can do this for another price. He's the service writer so he should be telling me what the car needs for my mileage.

From the time I arrived, until the time my car was ready, the communication received from my service rep was great! As a waiter, I dreaded the long day ahead, but the mechanic (whom I'm grateful for) was so thorough in his findings in addition to what I was there for, that I really didn't notice because I was just focused on all that it meant knowing all the issues were being addressed.
