An amazing experience for my daughter! Had such a hard time getting another car after her car accident in December 2022. It’s now April 2023 and they made a promise to her and they kept it. She left the dealership with a better car than what she had before. Same year, same make, same model. She financed it and all by herself. She is not quite 20 yet and they were patient and determined to keep their promise and they did. She had an amazing team working with her! Way to go Greeley Nissan.

I was considering a new vehicle and received a phone call from Raymond Harris with South Colorado Springs Nissan. Ray was very courteous,, polite and very patient in answering all of my questions at the dealership and on the test drive. I have purchased at least 10 cars in the past 25 years and this was by far the best experience out of all of them. Not only was Ray amazing Nick in finance took the extra time to ensure that I understood the entire process at closing and that I received the best possible deal. They both were very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. I am excited to continue to work with this amazing dealership throughout the life of my new Pathfinder!

I recently had one of the best service experiences I've ever had, thanks to the exceptional staff at the Nissan service department. I initially scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but due to a sudden family emergency, I had to cancel. When I called to cancel, I spoke with Luis Rios, the Service Director. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he showed genuine concern for my situation. His compassion was sincere and comforting during a stressful time. The very next day, I called back to reschedule and, by chance, Luis answered the phone again. He immediately remembered who I was and kindly asked about my family member. What truly touched me was that he told me he had been praying for them. Despite the department being completely booked that day, Luis went above and beyond to fit me in for my service appointment. His kindness and personal attention meant the world to me. When I arrived, Luis greeted me personally and again showed genuine care by asking how I was doing. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer care are truly rare and worth recognizing. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lonnie in the service department. He was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of me during my visit. The rest of the service team was equally welcoming and efficient. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Luis Rios and the entire Nissan service department exceeded all expectations. I left feeling valued, cared for, and truly grateful. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with kindness and top-notch service. First car purchase in 15+ years and first time doing so over the internet, so I was nervous. These guys were straight up, honest and easy to deal with. No pressure or hype. Bought a good used vehicle with mileage and price below blue book. Except, about 2 weeks later, dash lights lit up all over indicating faults with the ABS system. PANIC! However, Kaleb the salesman contacted me to see how the truck was doing and I told him of the problem. He arranged an appointment with service dept and problem was resolved quickly under warranty. Bottom line: based on my experience, these are the guys to deal with if you are looking for a vehicle.
